Stayed in couple of different rooms over stay and one had problems with toilet flushing and door of shower hanging off. Another had drain problem in shower which over flowed. Very small TV in room with balcony.

Lovely friendly receptionist's. Also very friendly cleaning staff. Great to have a washing machine.

I like how clean the room and bathroom are. In fact, the whole place is clean and well maintained. The location is convenient, in a neighborhood that is very close to the central historic district and the bus/train station. Both are only a short walk. The staff is very helpful and hospitable. I was also pleased to be able to store my luggage there after check-out until my late afternoon bus departure.

Street entrance is easy to miss.

Staff on site, friendly and spoke English. Loved the terrace, and the fan in the room made my day. Excellent value for the money.

The rooms didn't have AC, at least our room. It was not a big deal for us because the weather outside was chill, but in summer it could be an issue.

The front desk staff is very friendly and go the extra mile to help you, she is also available until very late (around 11 PM), which is great considering the unexpected arrival times after doing the Camino. Also we had an issue with the drain of our shower, and it took 5 minutes for them to go and fix it. They were very nice for allowing us to leave our baggage there the last day after checking out. The location is great, very close to the Santiago Cathedral, and walking distance from all main interesting places, on top of having so many food and coffee options around. I highly recommend this place.

Pension Residencia F&F was an amazing experience after my Camino. The rooms are comfortable, modern, and have a terrace (sadly it was raining, but....). The location is good and you will find restaurants, bars, laundry, and markets in less than 3 minutes walk. The staff is helpful and ready to help in any need. Definitely a good experience in Santiago de Compostela.

One of the parts of the shower cabin was broken, but we didnt make as much of a mess as I thought

We had a room at the top floor with a terrace, which was great. Located close enough to the City center, room had everything we needed, we could use a shared kitchen and wash our clothes. Beds very good. Pretty nice staff. Check in was uncomplicated because of code.

Can't complain about anything given how cheap it was compared to other accommodations in the area.

The room and bathroom were nice and clean. There was a small shared kitchen we could use to make coffee or heat something up. The location was about a 15 minute walk outside the old town, in the more modern studenty part of town. There were shops and restaurants close by. We had lots of communication from the staff to make sure we were able to access the building and room okay on the day of check-in.

Tiny but manageable bathroom. Shelf is just above fridge - be careful of banging your head like I did. No mirror in the room.

Nice to be in a lively area (lots of university students live in the area). 15m walk to bus/train station and the same time to get to the old town. Friendly reception. Wonderful to have terrace with morning light. Two comp coffee pods. Shared mini-kitchen (microwave, kettle, pod coffee maker, sink, no hot plate, toaster, dishes, cutlery). Mini fridge in room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of outlets including on both sides of bed. Hairdryer. All rooms are on the 8th floor (with elevator). Luggage storage. Excellent water pressure in the shower, Body gel and shampoo provided. Room fan. Water glasses are made of glass!

The only issue I had was with the noisy mini fridge in the room, which buzzed constantly and could not be switched off. I had no need for the fridge, so just had to suffer the noise.

The bed was very comfortable and having two pillows was really good. The balcony was an added bonus and I made it use of it too. The bathroom was very clean with everything needed.
