We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBathroom although clean and all working needed an update at some stage. AC not working but wasn’t a problem as cool enough at night and to be fair was offered alternative room.
Located next to a castle to view and near Chaves spa town in Portugal which was delightful. Small parador with excellent service.

GermanyPlease remove hair dryer anno1985 and place normal ones there. Interior is bit old fashion but it fits to parador sytle and philosophy and that was ok. Drinks around Pool are not allowed. Well, maybe drinks in paper cups might be a solution. Service around pool can increase revenue...it will i'm sure. Provide more ashtrays! People throwing their cigarettes everywhere

United KingdomWe do not like writing negative comments but our stay in another Parador was once again spoilt by the breakfast offer. It was identical to the Parador in Puebla de Sanabria. The range of food on offer was poor quality and restricted. The atmosphere in the dining area had no buzz (ie not a happy place to dine). This is not the standard you would expect from a 4 star Parador hotel. We acknlowedge this is heresay but we were told by other guests staying ovenight that they had dinner and the food was not good. Whoever is in charge of Food and Beverage, take note you are letting the side down.
What an amazing welcome from Maria. 5 stars to her. She clearly loves her job and goes over an above to ensure the guests have the best first impressions. Wonderful location and scenery. Lots of character and comfortable room with good facilities. We were able to safely secure our bikes overnight in a great location. The score is downgraded purley because of breakfast offer, and dining atmosphere.

An elegant building with a great view and the sound of birdsong was wonderful.
