We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandLa Jonquera is a place we had to stay in (we were passing through walking the GR11) rather than one we chose to stay in. The hotel overlooks the motorway and railway line and is one of a row of characterless buildings. But it was clean and perfectly pleasant. It is adjacent (in the same building) to both a big restaurant and a huge supermarket.

Well placed for travelling back to UK. Near good facilities like supermarket etc. Also near to pharmacy and docs (which we needed so we’re pleased they were nearby!). Staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Friendly check in staff, and a comfortable room with good washroom. Despite location close to major motorway, the room was quiet. Good value for a hotel of this standard

La Jonquera is a bit of a minefield when it comes to parking up an artic, but we found a location north of the hotel and it was a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Nice location and part of a supermarket next door, and Restaurant the other side, all connected and owned presumably by the same people. It all worked really well, good nights stay, nice people, and a fabulous restaurant attached, and the breakfast and coffee in the morning was outstanding.
