Rooms are basic and dated, but functional.

The pool and garden is lovely place to relax in the sunshine, however the ground surface is never cleaned or washed . The bar service at the garden is really poor , all the customers complaining . Such a lost opportunity for the hotel . Should have a cocktail hour in the evening time .

Some of the rooms are in need of a facelift , I had to ask to move rooms as my original room was nothing like the pictures , I won’t stay here again in fear of getting the other rooms and not been able to move

The hotel is going through some improvements, would be nice that the bar in the swimming pool would be open.

I love the location of this hotel, right in the middle of Sitges close to the beach and loads of restaurants and shops. Hotel is small but very pretty, breakfast was nice and staff very friendly

The only faults I can find, and they aren't really (one was just a little frustrating/annoying), is that the bar (outside), closed at 8pm, and we loved the surroundings so much, we just wanted to sit by the pool and drink/chat. Maybe it's open later in high season. I'm also not sure if there was air-conditioning in our bedroom, but our stay was in May, so it wasn't uncomfortable, but find out re hot/high season.

Everyone is going to have their own perspective, but for me and my wife, this was simply a lovely hotel, in a very central location, with a fab pool, beautiful sun bathing/sun loungers, outside bar (which sadly shut at 8pm, but I think it's because it's still not high season), and our room overlooked the pool (you pay a little extra). The main building is stooped in history and the rooms were stunning. And to finish it all off, the breakfast is simply outstanding, with choices for everyone, with a fab eating hall overlooking the pool to eat within. We couldn't have found a better place in my opinion, and I would recommend it to everyone, but I can only give you my/our opinion based on our own personal experience. Staff and style of the hotel were great too!... we'll definitely be back Carl & Debbie, London

The room was definitely low budget - no windows, handicap accessible and very small. But we booked quickly and didn’t want to spend too much for such a quick trip.

Location was amazing, breakfast was outstanding - one of the best I’ve ever seen, staff were helpful, check-in/room availability were super simple for our last minute booking.

Not having the facility of extending check out time, conflictive information received by reception, despite being offered to have my luggage stored which was a nice touch.

Beautifully hidden away gem, located in the town centre and close to all amenities. Spacious rooms and a huge variety of breakfast items. Good service overall and good value for money.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It can be a little noisy. This time we felt like we heard everyone on our wing, when they came and left, showers turning on, even their voices. It’s my only negative about the hotel.

The property is well located in Sitges and has easy access to everything. It is clean and its decor is attractive. Staff is friendly and informative. The breakfast is superior.
