The approach to the riad was a little of putting at first arriving late at night once familiar with the neighbourhood we felt much more comfortable , bottled water in the room would have been nice

A bit tricky finding the place but afterwards, it’s all a breeze.

Clean & spacious room, a nice place at the rooftop for breakfast & an indoor pool to boot to relax even late into the night. Walking distance to any place you feel like going.

great location, clean and comfortable rooms beautifully decorated good quiet air conditioning, Great shower. A lovely roof terrace to relax, very convenient location. The staff were excellent especially Karim who went above and beyond expectations by going to the train station on his way home to swap our tickets, and a wealth of really useful information about Marrakesh.

The riad is a little tricky to find, and involves a 600m or so walk from the nearest taxi drop off point. It's about a 20mins+ walk to the medina. Breakfast wasn't delivered with much speed, but not the end of the world.

The riad was attractive, especially the middle floor, and the roof nicely laid out with great views first thing. The breakfast was typically Moroccan, and not super filling, but ok. We had the room on the ground floor, which wasn't the best for privacy, and a bit narrow. The stay was nice and pleasant in general though.

Such a lush and wowing stay. To be welcomed by the happily providing staff was just the beginning. The rooms are immaculate and large, so many facilities in and outside the room. I felt like a princess at this Riad and would definitely stay there again. Gorgeous atmosphere, the rooftop is incredible with great sunset views and the room is huge with so many nice additives, very clean and comfortable and beautiful

Quite difficult to find - it’s down a narrow alleyway and isn’t signposted until the end, where you turn down another dark alley For our room, the door and windows opened onto the communal pool and main breakfast eating area. This meant we had little privacy and made the room quite loud if others woke up for an early breakfast

Red stain on the double bed On the first day, we were allocated to a temporary room. The single bed was not clean (had food crumbs) and the bathroom did not have a shower (shower head only). The location is via a dirt path accessible by foot only. Safe but smelly in parts (not the hotel’s fault, but noteworthy).

The staff. Mohamed was hospitable and courteous at all times. He has a welcoming manner.

Not an area that can be used in the evening as one can hear everything in the Riad from the rooms. We were a group of 6 girls, so missing a place we could hang out in the evening without being so quiet

I would say all facilities functioned well but just requires a bit of a revamp with rusty parts in the bathroom and doors which are hard to close.

The staff were all excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Location was convenient. Other people have mentioned the alley way but I think most of the riads are located in one. The little Riad has everything available from food, drinks and rooftop, spa and a little pool. We arranged for airport pick up and drop off, hot air balloon ride and ordered a bottle of wine. All very limited but available if needed.

Nothing I dislike , but if If have to say anything, needs some maintenance, water taps, electrical sockets, door knobs....

Quiet, peaceful and stylish place. Friendly staff. Area can look a bit dodgy when you arrive but it is 100% safe.
