We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeWe struggled to find nice accommodation near Olot. Mas Ferraria was highly rated so we booked. Not good value for money. The room we booked was small. Hardly room to place 2 suitcases. The bathroom was small and the sink was tiny. The terraces were large so unless you are there in warmer weather, can’t stay out for long. Did get upgraded for a couple of nights (not entire stay) and the room was slightly larger.

Two things stand out in this hotel, staff and location! Beautiful views over the valley. We had a room with courtyard view, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Will definitely opt for the valley view rooms next time. Very complete breakfast and basic but nice dinner options ( nice wine-list! ) Staff is very hospitable and gave us a welcome feeling. Pool an garden so nice. Very close to the area highlights and you can start your hikes from the hotel.

United StatesThe Mas is a beautiful relaxing oasis set in the Vall de Bianca near (or perhaps in) the volcano park of Garroxta.The staff, including Judy, Oscar and Oscar, were lovely and endlessly attentive. The swimming pool and the terrace beckon. A great place to base yourself to see a few volcanoes (especially Volcano del Montsacopa don’t miss the cafe with a view) as well as Girona and Besalu. Lots of birds. Very special.

LatviaThe only tiny tiny thing is that our sink and mirror in the bathroom were not washed or wiped (as I noticed that only the last night of our stay, it may be that it was only forgotten one time).
We liked everything about this hotel: its nice secluded location, the old stone building and area around the hotel, how thoughtful everything is arranged there, room, food, people working in the hotel - everything was exceptional! The food they offer for breakfast and dinner (if you book dinner) is really of a good quality and very tasty. They even read reviews and correct some things (for example, before booking I read one review that they didn't have "don't disturb/clean the room" signs for the doors, but now they have them). :))))
