Selfish behaviour re parking by both residents and employees made it difficult (and, once, impossible) to get our car near our room. We arrived at 17.10 and the reception had already closed! No problem picking up key but why weren’t we told that it would be closed so early. What would we have done if we had had a problem? Only when we were leaving at 8.05 did we meet a member of staff… to pay the tax!

Overall stay was nice, but there were some points which could be improved: - wifi was not working in our apartment, even I asked 2 times at the reception it was not repaired, improved - kitchenette was too small for apartment of 7 - 8 people - kitchen equipment was very poor, could be better - missing dish towels, just 1 dishwasher tablet for 5 days for 7 people, dish detergent we need to purchased by ourselves

The location was really good, very close to Port Grimaud and Saint Tropez and to beaches. Cleanliness of the apartment and the area of the parking and swimming pool was very good. The staff was very kind and helpful.

One sofa for 6 adults was insufficient- you don’t go on holiday to sit on hard dining room chairs. There was no kettle, iron or ironing board either. When chased the ironing board was very torn and old.

In my studio there wasn't a table next to the couch-bed and no outlet next to it.

We wanted to upgrade the room because there is no "bed" Of course we know that the room is studio and has a sofa bed but at least it has to be prepared to sleep. We arriaved on sunday so there's no one to talk to even with a phone. So we left the property and unfortunatelly we paid the price. We booked another place to stay.

Location and the town was great

A closer look unfortunately reveals some obvious need for renovation - both regarding the outside of the different houses as well as regarding the inside of the apartments. Also the housekeeping could/should be on a „better level“ (cleanliness of the kitchen, the showers, the floor & the garden furniture).

We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful location in the hills close to Grimaud very much. The location is very nice: The arrangement of the different apartment houses as well as the pool area are really appealling - from a macroscopic perspective - which can unfortunately not be completely confirmed by a „closer look“ (please see below). Also the staff is very friendly! The „Garden City Grimaud“ would be a really strong recommendation“ if the mentioned „negative aspects“ would be significantly improved. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay due to the very nice & quiet location in the hills of Grimaud close to the sea at the Côte d‘Azur.

The apartment was not really clean. On check in, you are given a list of things you must do before leaving, which includes cleaning the floors and walls. Well, the floors were dirty and the walls - there was no way I was going to clean already dirty walls! The outside terrace was particularly grubby and the table unwashed for weeks. They did not provide any sponges for cleaning - only a dish brush and one tea towel, so even if you wanted to clean, you could not. The sheets on one bed were badly stained - looked terrible. The pillows were the most uncomfortable I have encountered in a long while - it felt like they were stuffed with large, hard balls of something. Overall, I would only recommend this place if you need to be in the area and are staying for a night or two. Strangely, the toilet seat was too big so that you could not open the toilet door without lifting the toilet seat - a bit of a contortionist act required to use the loo!

We stayed only for one night to visit a friend in the area, so the location was convenient to Grimaud. It was an ok experience, but the whole property lacked finesse, cleanliness and attention to detail. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

There isn’t enough umbrellas at the pool. We had to lie on the sun.

The staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast is also pretty good.

no walking area around and the streets around were very narrow to walk next to we had to always take the car to reach a wandeling path the place itself was really good to stay in
