They should get a cattle with longer lead. Food variotions for evening meal this time was not as good as on February but still delicious

The flies around the pool are a nuisance but that isnt the hotels problem..the main lobby is underused,it needs a meeting area with a bar rather than a clothing store selling tat.

Confusion all inclusive package, not fully all inclusive and hard to understand. Downstairs bar very dark and bad, no bottled water available from bars and only plastic cups unless willing to sit in dark and dingy environment of bar - needs refurbishment urgently.

Room spacious and excellent. Staff very helpful. Enjoyed watching planes fly over. Bus stop outside to airport.

the pool chairs were all taken by 9am and people left towls on them and left for the day meaning no one was at the pool but there was nowhere for anyone else to sit even when no one was to be seen for hours on end. staff didn’t care

Air conditioning doesn’t work at all, rooms extremely dated. Sofa beds are just literally the sofa with back cushions removed rather than pull out beds

This isn't a 5 star hotel any more (but we didn't expect it to be from the price and reviews). We had the faint drain smell that a few others mentioned but it wasn't bad. Flies by the pool (and in the restaurant area) can be unpleasant, but no mosquitoes at all. We had a cockroach in our bathroom when we first got into our room, but the staff sorted this pretty quickly. There's not a lot around the hotel (but we didn't mind), the cab to the airport and Los Christianos was about €20-30 for 4 of us.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Lots of choice for food at meal times. The room was clean, cool, airy and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The pools were good. Location about 20 mins from Los Christians for the Monkey Park (Tenerife zoo) and Siam Park/ Siam Mall. Quiet area which was good for us. The shop next door is super useful too.

Food, There is also a permanent sewage smell in the reception area We had to ask for an ironing board and the one provided was broke, we asked for a clothes dryer and never got it

I only stayed here one night but there ws nothing i didn't like about the hotel.

The room was very large with a separate sitting room and kitchen. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Every where was clean and well kept if a little old in places.

Lovely breakfast and dinner and staff was very welcoming location is ideal for golf lovers and beach is around the corner overall decent went for the all inclusive but they only serve local drinks for all Inclusive anything else you to pay so not really all inclusive at all cheap vodka and drinks at offer only

Swimming pools were not heated, there was nobody using them (end of April) since the water was so cold. Snackbar was also closed. There's a bit of a drive to get out of the hotel neighbourhood. Food at the restaurant was well made, but nothing fantastic. Hotel is on the path of incoming airplanes for the Tenerife South airport so there is constant airplane traffic (every 10 to 15 minutes) during the day. We knew that when we booked and it didn't bother us. We are not coming back to this hotel again.

Hotel is big and there is paid parking inside. Restaurant wasn't busy when we were there, staff at the restaurant were very friendly.
