There were no external windows, a small shuttered window opened into the lobby area which limited privacy both for us and guests using reception.

The hotel was conveniently placed just a short walk away from the main areas of interest for tourists. Room was clean & comfortable (fan in room) with an elegant, Parisian style. It was perfect for our one night stay. Parking was available at a small extra charge which was perfect in a busy city.

The curtains are not the best thing to avoid water from going outside the bathtub, but ok, you can handle it. My suggestion would be to replace it for glass doors. Also, the room I stayed was small and had a single window to the hall of entrance of the hostel, so, the air doesn't change properly inside. However, it isn't a problem and you definitely won't regret staying there.

It was a nice experience. Staff really kind, allowed us to anticipate check-in, since there was a room available. Price is fair, room is comfortable, shower is great and hot and location is fantastic (3 or 4 blocks from Plaza de Armas station and a few minutes from city centre).

I prefer the blanket in a cover, they only put it with a sheet. I had a room right near the entrance in the hotel and it was noisy, but I guess the upper rooms are much better.

It is clean, nice. The stuff very careful and helpful, always someone in the reception. Good location, 10 minutes walk to Setas de Sevilia. They clean the room and change the bed every day.

Room was missing window outside which was causing lack of fresh air. Room was very tiny - for two people who are mostly sightseeing city is okay but definitely not for someone who wants to spend time in the hotel.

The design of the hotel interior is interesting. Stuff was very nice and helpful and that is the biggest advantage of this hotel. Beds were comfortable, bathroom ok.

washroom was smelly, thats why sink and bath had plugs and they plug them in after each cleaning. a lot of noise from street and other rooms , ac did not work, room was quite humid. a lottery with english speaking staff. when we arrived the gentleman at the reception did not speak english at all, but other days there was a lady, who was perfect with language and assistance.

great location, very close to everything. room is nice, but first we get totally different than we booked ( with no window and too small) ,asked to change and got same as per photos on booking. nice design of the hotel, lovely lobby, which I believe is amazing during summer time to sit at.

The room smelt of cigarettes very badly, disgusting, but I guess that is not the hotel's fault but the guests lack of respect.

The location is great, and good value for money. Check in 24h as it is not managed but they send you the password for the keys. They left polvorones as a welcome sweet

Not enough power outlets in the room (2 for a three bed room), beds are quite short, the shower was very weak, and the internet was spotty. On our second night we were woken up at 9AM by construction workers ripping out the floorboards outside our door, and we had not been warned of anything like this.

Wonderful price and location, person at the check in desk let us check in early as we arrived to Sevilla in the morning.

It would be good if there was a small fridge available. Some rooms have their windows, facing the indoors (eg our bathroom) can be uncomfortable but for us was not a big deal.

Cosy room for few nights. The location is perfect (close to everything -super market, mall, plaza de armas, transportation etc). It was very clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. We did the check in by ourselves (because we arrived super late) with their instruction and everything was very smooth. We could leave our laggages for some hours and we found parking (payment only on week days) very close from the place.
