This hotel has a very good location, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very attentive to needs of the guests.

Excellent location! Kati and Saso (i think the name is correct) were very kind and helpful! Especially Kati, she makes you feel like home! Gracias for all the information and help! I would recommend including a mini fridge in the bedrooms, though.

The location is perfect, when the window is closed there is no noise from the street at all, which is amazing. The staff is pleasant and helpful. cleaning service was provided every day.

Rooms were quite small and walls pretty thin as we could listen to the TV in the room next to us.

Location and staff attitude were great, the room requires renovation though. It was clean enough, except the dust in the AC. The windows were overlooking some internal "well" typical for Spain. It wasn't the best look, but it wasn't smelling from the well and it was quiet compared to externally facing windows.

The taxi driver didn't know how to get there and didn't know how to use GPS. He asked other taxi drivers in route but they didn't know or respond to him. I showed many times on the map how to get there and told if reference points but he got so frustrated that he dropped us off blocks from the hostel.

Location was in the heart of the city with many bars and restaurants nearby. The hosts on both shifts we encountered them were very friendly and helpful. We liked that this hostel has private rooms with private bathroom. The host called a friend to pick us up to go to the airport.

Very easy to find - perfect location close to Sol. Loads of great bars and restaurants right outside the front door. 24hour reception with your own key for the main front door too so come and go whenever.

The area itself is a bit noisy but that is the price you pay for central location during a busy time and busy area. The only true negative is that there is not much hot water. (Someone’s previous review said the internet didn’t work and it worked fine for us. Someone else said there’s no hair dryer and there is at the desk you just ask for it and can stay in your room.)

The location of this place was unbeatable. The staff is fantastic and so kind (Especially Cesar!) The rates were really affordable and rooms were clean.

The location of the hostel is great, you're are right in the centre. Yes, that can mean a bit of noise in the early hours of the morning from the outside but it wasn't bad enough to negatively impact my stay. The hostel is clean, secure and the staff are friendly. Great value for money too.
