I think the hand and shower gel could have been nicer and a better brand. Unfortunately the week we went was a bit windy, but we still had a great time.

Room was lovely. I did want a room with twin beds but the see view room we had was with a big double bed. which was ok as I was sharing with my daughter. Breakfast was amazing, plus free glass of prosecco :-) Dinner meals varied everyday and an absolutely great selection. My daughter has a nut allergy and the chef walked her round the meals and showed her which ones she could eat. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. The view from the room was awesome.

The staff were so helpful and just went that bit further. Complimentary bottle Cava and snacks to the room, early access to the restaurant for breakfast due to early flight.

The bed was not a double it was 2 singles pushed together. It was a shame we couldn't access the spa on the day we wanted to. It was clearly moving into low season so not everything was available. Clearer signs are needed on getting towels for the pool. Maybe a book in the room to explain all the different facilities and how to get them would have helped. Food at the bar was limited especially by times of availability which was a shame. The lighting was not able to be isolated which meant no reading lamp for only one side. Either both or none on. Also no ability to control lights on the balcony.

Made to feel very welcome. The welcome pack was a fantastic surprise. Great location. The view from the room was fantastic. The room was a good size. The bathroom was well set out. Good to see lots of hooks on the wall. The balcony was lovely to use. The facilities in the hotel were accessible and the pools were a good size. The breakfast was delicious especially the omelette station. We Really enjoyed our stay.

The 2 elevators were small (max 4 adults) and at times unable to keep up in a timely manner with all those waiting on various floors to get down.

We had a beautiful and spacious 5th floor balcony room with a view of the beach. Watching the sunset from the large balcony was memorable. The breakfast was superb! There were so many food and drink options and they were all delicious. The location was perfect for spending time on the beach or walking the promenade.

The waiting time for elevators.

I was absolutely stunned by the classy yet modern style of this hotel. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their generosity made my stay even more special. I couldn’t have asked for better service! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience, and I sincerely hope to be a guest here again in the future.

The room we booked through you, a classic does not have a balcony. You say it’s a patio! It’s not. You can’t get a chair on it. We upgraded to a junior suite which was amazing. You need to re write your description of the classic room

Shower cubicle Busy cramped dining hall at breakfast

Excellent location, staff very friendly, professional and attentive. Nothing too much trouble. Good breakfast, fresh produce and good quality for the price. Shower was a bit of a let down, the water was hot, but could do with a bit of a makeover. Small room but we knew that prior to booking.

Disappointed the Blue Bar was not open. The lack of tea/ coffee making facilities in room was also a disappointment.

Food exceptional great selection. staff excellent from reception through to house keeping staff. Acknowledge great service and professionalism received from Alba and Alicia. (reception) Elena and Patxi (restaurant) Fabian and all the bar staff and special mention to house keeping staff on floor 9. Good parking facilities available.

Nothing our stay was perfect

Exceptional we arrived earlier than check I have a disabled badge and we were shown to a nice table in the bar and then brought the room key when ready exceptional service and the buffet restaurant top class.
