The bed was uncomfortable, been in use for a while I think.

It’s fully equipped, most of the staff speaks at least three languages. Everybody was nice and helpful. Food was really good.

Only small thing is that the shower wasn’t fantastic but that’s a small point.

The bed was comfortable, but it was 2 single beds together (without a zip or something holding it together) instead of a double, as requested.

The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful all the time! From the reception/ restaurant to the housekeeping staff, everyone was amazing and made our stay much better! Great facilities and amazing views!

We had a nice spacious family room which had a little balcony. Perfect size for us, everything nicely clean. Breakfast and dinner was a great buffet with a lot of options and great taste. Pools with different depth for everyone and just some stairs down and one can swim also in the Mediterranean Sea.

The management of the room reservation could be improved. It doesn’t says in anywhere what is double room and what is economic double room. We paid the same price for 2 bookings but end up with having to moving from the top floor to the 1st floor. But luckily the front desk manger gave us a special treatment to stay in the same room. The indoor pool (not the spar) is so small, I haven’t seen anyone use it at all.

Best breakfast and dinner in Majorca at this price, the restaurant environment is so inviting. The beach side is good for swimming with peaceful water, some small fish not very big so ok for snorkeling. The room is very big and comfortable. Staying in the hotel for whole day won’t make feel bored at all. The 9 pm performance at the bar is great as well.

Location is nice, but. Ithing to do around, you have to go by car if you want to do something. Also breakfast was really good with all drinks like juices, coffeea and so on, but dinner was included only food, anything to drink has to be ordered for money, even water or juice…

I spent the best time there with my partner. The location is great. We were on the mountain and we also had the sea. The food was great and very clean. The staff were friendly.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Would have been nice if the bar was open later.

Pool closes far too early at 18:00

We had a buggy so had to walk outside to access the indoor pool . (Otherwise you need to use stairs )

Very nice location overlooking the sea . two nice outdoor pools and one nice indoor pool . friendly staff . Nice big comfy bed . lovely breakfast buffet with lots of options. small rocky beach at the hotel but a larger sandy beach within walking distance .

We always stay at the Punta Rotja Hotel on bed/breakfast basis whenever we visit Majorca because the staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the location is peaceful.

It would be excellent if there was not much noise from the cleaners outside the guestroom early in the morning.

A wide choice of breakfast, the room was very clean, and there were spa and pool services. It was also very easy to travel for sightseeing by car.

The facilities were amazing, the breakfast was incredible! We have mentioned it was our anniversary and we felt they made this moment extra special. I loved the beach right beside the hotel, so beautiful and quiet! I want to go back already.

There was a constant noise in the room (sounding like a fan running all the time). It's quite disturbing to sleep. The parking lot cannot accommodate all the residents. Please park in the streets upstream from the hotel. In Spain, it's common for people to take two spaces to park.
