Strong smell of drains around entrance and in reception but that is not the hotel's fault. No smell in the room though On directions on website it did not say by train and which station, only by taxi or car

Great location, less than 10 min walk to Old Town and Centro station. Close by restaurants, subway station was only 3 mins walk. Nicely renovated rooms, good breakfast selection, as well as friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel is in a great location. It is near train and bus station. It also was very close to pick up locations for day trips. The metro C1 goes straight to the airport from the top of the road which is 2 minutes away. Breakfast was great and the bedrooms were lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful

We arrived earlier than the check in time and were told the room would be available for us within a few minutes. This was great for us and we were also given a map and shown some areas to explore which was very helpful. Staff were all helpful and breakfast was an enjoyable experience with plenty of choice. Hotel close to bus station and train station.

Unaware the minibar was charged as no price list and we were not made aware of this. Not a huge deal for us personally but many catch some out. Would be helpful to be made aware of that. Accomodation facilities states there is a coffee house on site which is not the case, again not a huge deal but perhaps worth updating this detail as we were aware there was no kettle/coffee machine and thought that would be OK both the provision of a coffee house. All of these are extremely minor and wouldn't out us off staying again.

Apartment was spacious and immaculately clean. Location was excellent only a few hundred yards from the train station and within easy walking distance of all main sights, never more than 15-20 min walk from where we wanted to be and closer to others. Good sized bathroom with clean towels daily. Staff were extremely helpful. We were room only so cannot comment on breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was too warm. However, there are government mandates which set the temperature ranges, so I understand that the hotel had no control over this. On the other hand, the beds had duvets which were unnecessary under the circumstances, though since it was April I suppose that the weather could have been cooler.

I was in Spain on a cycling holiday and I stayed at the Eurostar Astoria Hotel both at the beginning and end of my trip. I needed to store my bags for two and a half weeks while I was touring. The staff at the hotel were very helpful with this, and held the bags for me during the time that I was away free of charge. Another thing worth pointing out is that the hotel is very convenient to the train line running to the airport from the city centre, which makes a big difference if you have heavy luggage.

It would have been handy if there was a coffee machine for customers to use somewhere in the hotel through the day or evening perhaps

Hotel is a short walk from main shopping areas and marina , room was comfortable , great bed , well equipped and clean bathroom , breakfast provided a range of fruits , meat , pastries etc as would be expected and was well stocked .
