We had an unforgettable stay in the apartment located in an old building in the heart of Córdoba! It is cosy, clean, well furnished and has all amenities - nice bathroom and comfortable beds. There is also free parking a short walk away. We are impressed not only by the comfort of the apartment, but also by the hospitality of Paco and his family! They welcomed us like friends - with a bottle of wine and a homemade dessert. Paco gave us very detailed and useful information about the history and traditions of the city, restaurant recommendations and tips on places to visit in Córdoba. He had even prepared audio guides for us that helped us discover the secrets of charming Córdoba in just two days! We wished we could have stayed longer!

Please keep in mind its at 3rd floor of stairs — though host Paco is helpful to carry our bags up.

The big value proposition is the location. Nearest to all the attractions Its the little things that count for this place— we felt like its a full service hotel. Welcomed with a homemade Cordoban pie, and a bottle of local wine! He even gave small Breakfast items such as continental breakfast items, coffee pods , tea and coffee machines and a full box of milk! Paco even gave us EVERYTHING we need about Cordoba, a history lesson, a walking city guide, an audio mp3 tour, lists of restaurants. He even kindly brought our bags up and booked a taxi for us going back to the train station. This is not just an apartment to stay, but this is full on hospitality service! We appreciate the USB ports, the iron, hairdyer and the radiator — very useful for drying clothes. Its a comfortable, historical and very convenient place for families to stay in Cordoba. I loved the big windows that overlook the street— gives an airy feel of the apartment! Thank you Paco and family for making everything smooth and memorable

An Elevator .

Large bright well equipped apartment. Great shower. Big bonus, the apt. has central A/C. Works great and it is quiet. The best part was Paco the host. He was extremely helpful. Specially, for first time visitors Paco would be a great asset He has worked out a great way to sight see everything in Cordoba. You will not need a guide if you follow his suggestions..

We liked everything

The apartment is very cute…well decorated and with lots of little touches that make a difference. The host Paco is just full of advice and information. He left us a bottle of wine and his wife baked a special dessert. The location is fantastic. Near the Mezquita and the river; lots of restaurants around. Beds are comfortable and living room too. We loved our stay here and recommend it highly for anyone (unless you have problems with stairs). Paco met us at the apartment to help with bags and told us of a nearby parking garage too. Fantastic!

There is a bit of traffic noise from street but I guess this comes with being in the old town, the bedroom is located away from the street and quiet though. Oherwise everything was good.

Great location within easy walking distance to main sites. Super informative friendly host, recommendations on the sites, restaurants etc (thanks Paco!). Comfortable, clean apartment. Easy parking nearby.

The apartment is really nice and comfortable except that there is no elevator but it is manageable. The building is old and there is space to install an elevator.

Paco the host and his lovely wife Maria Jose met us and helped us with our luggages. We have been traveling using Airbnb and booking.com for our accommodation and this is the first time we have experienced such special treatment from the host. They prepared a very nice welcome treat specially made by Maria Jose. They are exceptional! I wish all hosts will be like them. Paco prepared a walking tour map of the city, gave us tips on how to enjoy the city. We fell in love with Cordoba for the second time. The apartment is centrally located, beautifully decorated and well equipped. We will highly recommend this property. The only downsize is that being an old building there is no elevator. Quite tough if you have heavy luggages like we did but Paco and Maria Jose helped us with our luggages which was very nice of them. The property is close to most of the touristic attractions, nice restaurants and is very safe.

The apartment was great. The host was there to meet us and gave us tips on what to see, where to eat etc by whatsapp. Including a map and audio guide! This was the most comfortable bed I've had in all of Spain. The kitchen had a few items that saved a trip to the market. The apartment is on the second floor so keep that in mind if you have trouble with stairs.
