t is an apartment built on an old house from the late 1800s and underwent a complete renovation in 2008, with 4 new apartments. In February 2018 it was renewed with furnitures, paint, mattresses and appliances, all of them brand new. Its location is unbeatable, since it is at the junction of the historic center of Cordoba with the modern part of the city. The health of our guests is now one of the aspect that matters most to us, that's why after each check out, WE HYGIENIZE THE ENTIRE APARTMENT WITH OZONE, ENSURING YOUR HEALTH AND THE TOTAL DISINFECTION OF EACH SINGLE INCH OF OUR APARTMENT. By law, guests over 14 years of age will have to complete the registration process of their data to be sent to the Regulators, not being able to stay in our apartment if you refuse to do so. P.S.: The regulations prevent the demolition of the structure of historic houses, so that in its reconstruction its original architecture was maintained without the possibility of installing an elevator, so the access to the apartment is by stairs.
We are Mª José and Paco, we love to travel and we thought about creating an accommodation in Córdoba that will treat the user differently, taking care of the small details and helping our guests to feel at home. We really enjoy meeting travelers from all over the world and exchanging a few words with them. Our goal is to treat them as we'd like to be treated.
Calle San Fernando is a main artery of Cordoba's Historic Center, with bus stops and the possibility of reaching right to the door of the apartment in your private vehicle. Once you have parked your car, you will not need to move it anymore to know the most emblematic places of Cordoba and the small treasures hidden all over our city, declared World Heritage by Unesco.
