Rooms are small but adequate, good choice off menu both breakfast and evening meal. entertainment on at night, 100 metres to beach, stayed many times at this hotel.

Was first placed on first floor. Due to layout the sound from the bar travelled up the stair well and was very noisy but I was moved to a higher floor the next morning with no issues Room advertised as a bath ( shower bath) with no plug so when asked I was told they don’t provide them

We been waitting for 2 hours to find out, that booking is double and we must to go to another Bluesea hotel, thanks at least, that they alloud us to have a lunch there and later offered us a taxi for free to get to other hotel and the same price. Hotel was nice and we stayed here for 2 nights. THANK YOU FOR RESOLVING THIS SITUATION SO NICE. Pools could be a little bigger and that young, slow barmen should be replaced (you maybe know his name, there is only one young man who is working terribly slow and driving people crazy :D), that was terrible to wait for him, all people were frustrated.

We been sent to another Blue sea hotel in Cala Millor, because of booking mistake. There was a nice atmosphere, close to the beach. Good All inclusive drinks, great food. Nice rooms.

The room had damp on the wall. We booked a room for three and the damp was on the ceiling, right above of the pillow of one of the beds.

Fag ends on the roof below our balcony as we were on the 1st floor room. Pool was too deep quickly no long gradual depth with no grab bar at the deepest end. Lack of sun beds & system to use them. Room has no drawers or storage area.

The number of Sunbeds is way less than number of guests, i stayed 4 days, couldn’t use the pool for once because people are reserving seats at the morning and leave, there were just not so many

Tiles in bathrooms, grouting etc could do with update. Selection of foods are very basic, not many "whole meals" for evening foods. Just lots of bits.

The only problem we had was with all inclusive at the bar. All inclusive is limited till 11 pm, after that you had to pay for you drinks. This was not the problem. From half past 10 pm you only could get 2 drinks per persona. Nobody at the reception or at the bar told us and when our friend went for 4 drinks for our table, the personel started to shout at him in Spanish and gave him only 2 drinks. It would be no problem for everyone of us to take care of our drinks, only if we were informed. So this is the only complaint, because it could have been easily prevented. Also this staff lady did not comunicate in English, which surprised us in hotel and place like this, where foreign turists are very common.

Our stay in this hotel was very pleasant surprise. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food varied everyday, plenty of different drinks and you could have something else every day and almost every meal, which we really appreciated. The hotel was very clean, you could put sign on the door handle, when you needed to clean you room or when you pleased not to be disturbed. The cleaning lady always took out the trash, made our beds, cleaned the floor and the bathroom and have us fresh towels when requested. The hotel was like 5 minute walk far from the beach. Eventhough there are very few parking spots infront of the hotel, we always found palce to park our car near the hotel. We also stayed in other BLUESEA hotel in Palma de Mallorca and the diference was immeasurable, so that everyday we wanted to get back to Cala Millor.

For all inclusive the drinks were fine however the food was just okay. Only about 10 options for hot food for meals - breakfast was mainly eggs and sausages...lunch and dinner were 2 options for chips and two for rice/potatoes so only really 4 options for food Room was only cleaned 2 days on a 6 day stay

Location was great - only a few minutes from the beach however the transfer from the airport takes about 1hr 40mins Staff were lovely and friendly

Basic breakfast, not a big choice of food

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was simple but we didn’t expect nothing luxurious so we were not disappointed, also there was everything what we needed 😉 good value for money
