Very cute perfect location good breakfast

The breakfast buffet choices were a bit limited but you could special order eggs. Other than that the place was fantastic!

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Alcudia. Parking outside the city perimeter was also super easy. The hotel is small and very cozy. We had a huge room at the top of the stairs on the left. Breakfast room was nicely decorated in traditional style. Would highly recommend staying here!

Nothing really to suggest here. The service and quality was excellent and staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.

Excellent location, generous, well appointed room and extremely comfortable bed. Our stay could not have been better. Breakfast was very good and nothing too much trouble, event to the point that staff stayed up late to greet us after a delayed flight and late arrival.

The ONLY slight down side to this hotel was the noisy street at night. There is a restaurant across the street and most of the noise seemed to be from late night patrons and the staff cleaning up.

The staff were wonderful! From helping me with navigation challenges on arrival, meal services to final check out I couldn't have had better care.

The door stop in the bathroom is in a place you stand on when getting out of the shower bath - Maybe an English channel on the tv? not that we were there to watch tv!

You can hear through the door into the stairway which I didn't like. I heard the alarm in the room next to me and every time someone exited and entered the building because I was the first room. I would not recommend if you're a light sleeper. The shutters on the balcony also shook at night (because there were high winds) which made me wake up in a panic thinking someone was trying to get into my room.

I had an absolutely gorgeous room and bathroom with a small balcony. The accommodation is right in the old city which makes walking around incredibly easy.

Kettle in the room would have been nice. Room doors are quaint / rustic but you can easily hear through them.

Bathroom should be redone, so that the walls to the bathroom connect to the ceiling. As it is, the bathroom is too openly connected to the room.

This is a superb hotel in the old town. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was fantastic--one of the best we had in Majorca. We had dinner in the restaurant below and it was delicious--try it!

Mosquitos in the lobby would be my only very minor discomfort. Hard to fault this hotel.

The only weak point is the mattress, it has a "hole" exactly where your body is. Apart of that, everything was perfect! A special thank you to the staff: so sweet and welcome!
