Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandIt would benefit from a small shop onsite to sell essentials such as bread, milk, ice, ice cream. Pego is the nearest town but it’s not suitable to walk the road so you need a car for going anywhere. We were a large group of families and some of the group felt the AC was not sufficient in their larger 3 bedroom apartments.
We booked a superior 2 bedroom apartment with Air conditioning which was a necessity in the heat. It was modern and comfortable with a large covered balcony that gave view of ocean and pool. The property is on a hillside and had lovely breezes most days that tempered the heat in August . The pool was lovely and clean and despite my reservations that it would be very busy, it never was full.

IrelandWe were a family of six and booked a three bed penthouse apt, but unfortunately it was not a luxurious penthouse as promised and there was only one tiny air-con unit in the living room. We had paid extra for Air-Conditioning The three bedrooms were like saunas throughout the whole holiday and did not have any air-con☹️. We enquired on a number of occasions with reception staff but were fobbed off with false promises of a change of Apartment, which never happened. My children had to sleep on couches in the living room at night as the bedrooms were to hot. Very disappointing and uncomfortable

United KingdomAbsolutely rude staff even went so far as accusing us of a rush). Then demanded 100% of the booking cost in compensation. So to put that in context that's £1000 compensation for the maid having to move some mattresses back and take out some bags of rubbish. Never in my 40 years of travelling across the globe have I ever encountered such rudeness and disgraceful customer service. We have three young children, one of which has a dust allergy. The apartment had a single air con unit in the lounge. The rooms were sweltering and so rather than use the two dust ridden fans in the children's rooms we placed their mattresses in the lounge area to keep them cool at night. The kitchen had no hot water, we didn't complain (although I wish we had now) as we wanted to be polite so instead resorted to using the kettle to boil water. Two days prior to leaving the apartment the single time the maid attended (I mopped and cleaned the apartment prior to this as we assumed there was no maid service) they made the beds up in the lounge area. No complaints or communication that this was an issue. Indeed on that topic most of the time the reception was shut or if we messaged them we got no response which wasn't particularly great considering these were queries re whether the children could use inflatables in the pool given it was incredibly deep even at the shallow end and not suitable for young children. It seems that if you intend to stay here be prepared to deep clean the apartment prior to leaving and keep an inventory of all the items in the room otherwise they will make false claims and seek compensation from whoever you booked with. Lots of items are English plugs so no doubt not actually supplied by the hotel rather left by other guests staying there. The communication by the staff upon us leaving literally 'shaming us' and asking if 'we took pillows for comfort at the airport'! It is bordering on the ridiculous.
The views. The rooms were spacious.

IrelandWhat a beautiful, quiet location on the side of a mountain. Fantastic views from our balcony. Beautiful sunsets. It's a fantastic facility for couples or families with grown-up children. There's not a lot to do here, and it's a 10-minute trip to the beach, or any shops. Beautiful little restaurant and bar on site. Fantastic, friendly staff. SloveniaParking with a large car is touchy, but still manageable. We got lost searching for our apartment as the provided map has a strange perspective. We were not told how and where to drop our keys when leaving on Sunday. Bathroom does not have ventilation.
The apartment is decently sized and it has a nice terrace overlooking the sea and the nearby hills with the villas. The view is spectacular. The area is on top of a hill so it's quite isolated of the hustle of beachfront towns. Still, it has a nice central area with the swimming pool, bar, restaurant, a mini park and a mini playground. The swimming pool is quite large an deep.
