On the other hand there is no dishwasher and electric kettle. Furniture and kitchen is quite old. The walls are very thin. You could hear every noise form your neighbours.

The view is amazing, parking, shops and restaurants are very close. Apartment is clean. It's very close to Valencia.

Apartment needs a refurbishment for the price charged. Towels had seen better days. Although the area was nice there wasn't alot of restaurants open within walking distance.

Apartment was very large with balcony with free on street parking around the complex. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Hot water tank is too small, not enough for several people to haves shower. The tea pot and the hair drier need to be requested at the reception.

i suggest to put in the appartments at least a basic set of toiletries. otherwise in case of late arrival there is nothing to wash your hands with.

The place is great for the price but could use some updating.

Great location with unobstructed views. Large apartment with two bedrooms and a big deck/balcony. Great place and value. The only thing I think they need to do is get some pleasant pictures, update the sofa and bar stools. If I'm able to return, I'd stay there again.

could have been a bit cleaner. spiral staircase could have been an issue - was not mentioned. lack of wardrobes in 2 of the 4 bedrooms. bathroom door lock getting jammed!

location was superb. staff on reception very helpful. beach literally on door step. access to 2 pools. views outstanding. can see why the area is known as “little Venice”.

Kitchen equipment was a little basic but was sufficient for our requirements.

Fantastic view from terrace and beach just downstairs. Lift to the property and ramp meant wheelchair user could easily access the property and the beach with ease. Keys were left in a safe and information on how to access these and the parking was left. Slightly more detailed information on how to get in (and out) of the underground parking would be useful.

Super cute apartment in a fab location , balcony overlooked the sea, and the sunrises that way every morning. The apartment is basic but very clean, air conditioning works a treat. The staff were very helpful, supplying beach towels, umbrella and a late check out( winner)

I would have liked a change of towels as staying 5 days!

The reception staff were extremely helpful went out of way to help. It was very accessible to Valencia city by bus (ask at reception) .

Poor quality of bed linen. Sheets were not big enough for the bed so could not be tucked under the mattress. There was no mattress protector which is not very hygienic. A mattress cover would also improve comfort and stop sheets moving so much.

Location of property - proximity to beach which was not crowded. Access to lovely pool. Many restaurants nearby. Property had everything needed including washing machine, iron and good range of kitchen equipment.

The access to local facilities such as restaurants and shops were a bit harder, despite the rental primacy the place is much more geared to local residents.

The location right on the beach was exceptional, and the beach itself world class - fine sand, clear water, minimum mess.

The apartment was a bit noisy at night. You can hear people overhead, and from the square one or two nights. It didn't bother us too much as it's holiday time and you can sleep in late if you want to.

The staff at reception were very nice and welcoming. The view from the apartment was lovely. We stayed in a superior 3 bedroomed apartment and had a balcony of two bedrooms as well looking onto the square. With all the doors opened during the day it was beautiful and cool. It was very easy to get into Valencia, buses every 30 minutes that stopped near the Ciutat Vella. If you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday, this is for you.

The furniture in the dining and sitting areas were not very comfortable. There was a shortage of cushions and comfy armchairs. There was no kettle. One of the bidets did not work. Room Service once or more would have made our stay better.

Email communication was speedy and helpful. The Receptionists were extremely helpful and kind. They accommodated us by giving family members the key as our flight time exceeded Reception hours.

Rundown furniture and towels. The outdoor chairs weren't clean. Noisy neighborhood on fiestas (loud music till 3 am)

The apartment is situated right on the beach and offers a splendid view. Very helpful staff.

Some of the facilities could be improved, broken shower head and light fittings. No kettle, would have been nice to have. Not property related but slightly inconvenient to get in to city centre, had to take taxis to and from town.

Right on the sea front, stunning location around Port Saplaya marina, lots of great bars and restaurants within 5-10 mins walk, supermarket 10 mins walk. Apartment spacious, comfortable and well equipped, balconies either side both with lovely views. Two pools to choose from, both short walk away, one more catered for children, other adults with bar and loungers. Cot provided for baby 5€ per night. Staff extremely hospitable and welcoming.

The property is a little tired. Could do with a freshen up.

The area is very beautiful and extremely relaxing. Nice to be so close to Valencia but without the business of a city. Would recommend.
