There wasn't much we didn't like! The kitchen would have been improved by having a proper bin with a lid for food waste.

Absolutely huge room, with all the facilities. The location was also great, incredibly quiet and close to everything we needed.

Communal entrance to multiple apartments meant it was noisy with people entering / leaving and the cleaners arriving.

Great location, walking distance to the main streets of Split. Lovely modern apartment and staff couldn’t be more helpful.

The appartment is very comfortable, good ventilated and very clean which was very important for us. Exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with other 3 studios 81 Apartments. Location in a very calm neighbourhood but like 6 min walk from city Center .. there was noise to hear at all from neighbours or the surrounding. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen with what you need from water boiler, microwave and fridge to dishes etc… the apartment also equipped with Iron and fresh clean towels. There was also air conditioner but we didn’t use it as the weather was very nice. Thanks for Frany for arranging a smooth check-in and facilitating the booking. Helpful and friendly.

A beautiful apartment with comfortable bed, kitchenette, and great shower. Location was fantastic. Close to restaurants, water and attractions all within walking distance. Host was exceptional.

Stylish apartment located very close to the historic center of Split. Very convienient location to explore Split by foot. Very comfy bed, and easy and fast self-check-in.

Beautiful apartment and very clean. The location is excellent, with only a 2 or 3 minute walk to the start of the restaurants and shops and yet quiet enough so as not to be distributed by noise. Ana was great too and helped us with any questions we had.

Rooms were very clean and tidy upon arrival. Location was perfect with not too far to walk to get to the bars and restaurants and perfect for taxi drop off and pickup.

Everything you need for a couple hours f days or more. Spacious very comfy and very clean. Very helpful, responded promptly to any questions. Patient and helpful as I left my luggage at property by mistake, so grateful for the help I had.

Nothing really. If i had to say something it would be that the apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator. But that was no problem for me.

Having to leave!

We have travelled extensively over the years and stayed in many apartments. Studio 81 was one of the best due to the location, ease of communication with the owner, quality of finishes and decor/bathroom. One of the best things was the quality of the bed/bedding. On many of these trips most of the day is spent outside the apartment so a good bed and shower is important. Close to all main amenities and a lovely traditional bakery within 100 metres. Split centre is just a few minutes walk. Would definitely recommend. Great job Ana, you were an amazing host and should be proud. Thank you and take care.

Kitchen area was a little small, small space for cooking.

Very nicely done flat, clean, modern. Good location, only couple of minutes to city centre, parking nearby for 12 euros per day, shops and restaurants close.

Very nice , clean and stylish appartment, few streets away from the center. Quite area and a parking lot in front of the building. Be quick to get a spot..we were very lucky to get one at arrival. Ana is a very nice, correct and clientfocussed owner.. We loved it and will come back again. Thanks Ana for your service and hospitality..see you again
