A perfect location with quiet surroundings, apartment very well presented on arrival. Any queries or messages that were sent to Rosi, were quickly addressed. Spotlessly clean. The last day we had a late flight and were allowed to leave luggage until our pickup which was very helpful although this would depend on the next clients arrival time. Great place to stay 😁

Lovely comfortable apartment. Really clean and easy to keep clean. Very well supplied with towels, bed linen, toiletries, cleaning agents etc. Pool area very clean and maintained regularly. In a great location, a few minutes walk from the strip, about equidistant from the Old Town and Los Pocillos. In a residential area with lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby but really quiet at night. Rosi was lovely to deal with. A lovely lady and great to respond if you needed anything or had a query. Look forward to our next visit.

Nothing, a great experience

We loved everything about this stay. The apartment was great and Rosi was even better. Our taxi did not arrive when we needed to leave for the airport and within 10 minutes Rosi was there to take us. Comfortable, Classy & Very relaxed. Would recommend to all.

i loved the location more than anything it’s a direct walk to the strip and beach. inside the apartment it’s very spacious, clean and aesthetic. we had zero issues with this apartment and would highly recommend staying here, it is so peaceful.

Perhaps the only "wants" would be a small heater in the bathroom and bathrobes for the cooler winter evenings.

The apartment is in a residential area with a shared pool. A short walk to beach, shops, bars and restaurants. A washing machine in the apartment was excellent as we were staying for a month.

Everything was great and as expected

The location in range to shops, restaurants and the beach was ideal. Close enough for comfort and far enough from any traffic, or noise. The building is very well kept inside and out and on a nice residential street. No traffic noise from the street. Very easy access to the pool which is also well maintained and nicely sized. This apt has a balcony which overlooks the pool and is very spacious in size. It features multiple chairs, table and lounge chair. Very nice for relaxing in a private space with good sun. The apt itself is a perfect size. It was well cleaned on arrival. It has a good social living area, with TV, couch which pulls out from underneath to fit two people, and kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen has a medium sized fridge with small freezer that should fit ice cream quite well. It also has a hob top, microwave and plenty of glassware, dishware and cutlery. The bathroom is large with a large stand up shower. Excellent water pressure with a range of temperature. The bathroom also features a washing machine unit. Clothes dry very quickly from the drying rack located on the balcony. Perfect sized room with a window which also overlooks the pool/courtyard. Lots of sun. There are two twin beds in this room which you can leave pushed together or seperate. You could fit 4 people comfortably between the couch and beds. There are plenty of sheets and pillows, with more in the large closets next to the beds. The sheets are thin, but you should not be needing them much denser. I came in January and they were perfect for my stay at 18°. The host was very communicative and helpful. I felt I had all I needed at at Casa Marina 14. Should I come back on a return trip, I would most definitely book here again. 10/10 stay.

I couldn't work out the cooker but it was my fault, my friends came over and showed me how to use it. Ask for instructions when you check in, I found it a bit tricky.

The property was a great size and the pool was great for when you wanted a dip and not have to go to beach. The beach was super close by with lots of restaurants and bars at hand. Such a great location.

Doors are hard to open. The glass coffee table looks dangerous. Very thin walls, so neighbors can be clearly heard.

only thing I’d say is if you want to lie out at the pool there is only 2 sun beds for an apartment of 4 people.

we loved this property! it was a lovely apartment, excellent location, only a 5 minute walk from the strip with shops, restaurants, bars, beach. Rossi, the host was lovely and very attentive to all our needs. Would stay here again.
