The evening entertainment could have been better, as it was a bit dull in the evenings.

Food was excellent for all inclusive. The place was very clean and had a really relaxed feel and a beautiful setting. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help you, in particular the front of house staff. It was great to see the hotel manager walking around chatting to guests.

As someone who's traveled extensively, I can confidently say that our recent 7-day stay at Serenity Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a memorable experience. The services at the Sea View Restaurant and Pool Bar were truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from refreshing drinks by the pool to delicious meals with a breathtaking view of the sea. The high-quality food served during breakfast and dinner at the Sea View Restaurant was worth the upgrade. Our pool and sea view Executive Rooms with a Jacuzzi was the epitome of luxury and comfort. The beautiful landscape and private beach added to the tranquility of our stay. One of the highlights of our trip was the entertainment options available. From volleyball to darts, shuffleboard to ping pong, and even mini golf, there was never a dull moment. The nightly shows featuring live singers, beach parties, fire shows and oriental dancers kept us entertained and impressed. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a birthday party organized by the thoughtful staff during my stay. It was a delightful gesture that made my special day even more memorable. The attention to detail and personalized touch truly exemplified the level of care and hospitality at Serenity Hotel. What truly set Serenity Beach Hotel apart was the proactive approach of the general manager. It was refreshing to see someone in their position actively seeking feedback from guests and implementing changes to enhance the guest experience. The perks offered during our stay were a testament to their commitment to ensuring every guest has a memorable stay. In conclusion, Serenity Hotel exceeded all expectations. Food Needs to improve quality, taste and presentation.

No complaints

Hotel is very private. All territory is very close to the beach. Landscaping is amazing. Hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and polite. Restorant ( all inclusive) has huge variety every day - salads, fish, 3-4 different types of meat, a lot of different spreads, dressings - for all kinds of taste and eating hobbies... Small rolls and desserts (cakes) decorated so nice that you could not resist!

It wasn't made clear enought why guests should not enter the sea from the shore. There should be more signs on the beach explaining that guests can damage the coral by walking on it. It could be pointed out to guests when they arrive.

The animation options are rather limited. There is 1 activity in the morning, beachball in the afternoon and some darts... The tenniscourt is ok but the rackets were in poor condition. Upon arrival, there isn't much information provided, so guests have to figure out on their own how things work at the hotel. Additionally, we booked the All in, but upon arrival we heared that our 'all-in' was just the basic one of the three different types of All-in packages they appearantly have. This was very confusing and also a bit disappointing because it limited our restaurant posibillities.

Very beautiful and relaxing resort. 5 beautiful pools and a fantastic Reef to snorkle. The rooms (we had connecting) were very spacious and were cleaned thourougly every day. The staff is very friendly and the food is tasty.

The air conditioning didn’t work as April is still the winter season. It wasn’t a big issue as the nights are relatively fresh, but as we didn’t know, we left the windows open during the first day so the room warmed up a lot.

The room was very nice, spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and nice view to the garden. The food was tasty, especially the local barbecue dishes were very nice. We did 2 days diving through the diving center which was also great. We also got a free late checkout which was a very nice gesture, so overall we had a perfect stay.

Heated pool could be bigger as it's very important for winter time

Very tasty food with big variety and good quality alcohol drinks, nice music in the evening, good helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

We visited only one store at the hotel territory - Organic Oils but we found out that it was super expensive! The product we bought with their "huge discount" was at the airport (which is not the cheapest place to buy stuff) 4 times cheaper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (absolutely same product, same packaging and producer). Not a nice experience! I believe the hotel should control this a bit....

We loved this hotel! It has a beautiful territory, great staff, very clean, great room and overall quality! Right in front we had a beautiful riff for snorkeling. Even the beach towels are great - they are of a nice big size, very convenient. We also loved the fact that you dedicated one pool area to be calm, this is what we prefer. Also, really nice calm beach. A lot to do! And a great value for money. Our stay was absolutely amazing!! Thank you!

The pier is open until 4 pm, hence no swimming in the sea after that. FYI for those who mainly choose this location for snorkeling.

Amazingly friendly and attentive staff. We had stayed with a 9month old baby and everyone tried tehir best to make us feel comfortable all the time. The garden is beautiful and great for long walks.
