Food doesn’t have much variety compared to some other 5 star hotels but still a large buffet to satisfy different diets. My only issue was that there were 2 restaurants (of similar size) 1) for those with children and 2) for adults only. We, having kids, had to use the first one but it was getting too crowded and a bit chaotic for us during rush hours. We managed to avoid this by going early. Sea level is low and one needs to walk quite further into the sea to have depth but this is in general the same with other hotels in SES. Mosquitos are quite annoying but if you tell the housekeeping, they spray your room with repellent. Bring body repellent though for when you are sitting outside at nights.

It was a great 2 weeks holiday at Jaz Mirabel. The staff were very helpful to accommodate our needs. We first started at Club section but soon moved to Beach section as we found more suitable due to mobility issues. Booking.com and hotel arranged this without much complication. The grounds are huge and well maintained. There are many pools that accommodate the guests and a mini aqua park for children. It has also many bars throughout the resort whereby you can sit and enjoy a cold drink. There is no swim up pool bar - to be clear. But there are bars around the pools. There is a very nice spa where we bought various massage and beauty packages - they were amazing. The hairdresser in the resort cut my son’s hair which was overdue. Various shops in the resort and the pharmacy were great for supplying urgent needs such as pool toys, sunscreen, headache tablets etc.

The room is a bit old - especially the doors. We didn't know that high mosquito season was happening. We had problems with the internet connection - wi-fi in the room for the iPhone was unavailable at all.

The staff was smiley and we're trying to help with everything.

All was great,nothing to complain about.

This resort is amazing,very friendly staff,especially animation team ,they were great ,so welcoming and full of joy and positive mood.Complete day full of activities to enjoy.Hetel is very clean and well arranged.Food was delicious and many varieties.We had wonderful time and definitely will visit this resort again with great pleasure. I wish they would have considered the boycott of some companies as a main financial event happening in egypt, it would have been good to appreciate the egyptian feelings and emotions considering this issue and not sponser all the brands like this.

The room had an issue with ventilation in the bathroom, though it was fixed when we complained. Room furniture is old. It was hard to know what the activities were or animation team events until, by luck, we discovered a board it was not obvious that it was something for guests to read. I think we should have been better briefed on the resort activities and directions to different facilities and events. Although the reception handed us a map for the resort, it was unreadable. We only used it for the meal times. I mean, everything in this review was self-discovered by walking around and trying to figure our ways out.

Accessible Sandy Beach Beside the beach, there was a jetty that ends at a reef cliff and almost exactly at it the sunk wrick of "A million hope" ship. It is not so deep, so it can be viewed by snorkeling. The Aquapark was fun. The amphitheater night events. Although it was high season, the staff response time to out asks and requests was satisfactory. Italian a la carte restaurant was good. There is a Bazar and shop area within the resort, it was very convenient. bit pricy in most shops, but the availability in itself was good. The timings between main meals and snacks are good. If you're hungry, you will always find a place to eat or wait at a maximum of 1 hour.

The parking is located a far away with the shortcut back into Jaz Mirabel Park not allowed for guests. With bad smells on the walk back to hotel. Needed more time at the slides.

The Mirable Park is situated quite a distance from the beach. If your preference is to be in close proximity to the beach, kindly ensure your reservation is made at Mirable Beach not the club. Overall no have any comment in my stay

The accommodation was highly satisfactory, with all team members demonstrating professionalism and wearing pleasant smiles. The food was exceptional and delightful. I extend my gratitude to the entire restaurant team for making my son Ezz's birthday celebration memorable. Aqua park very good and suitable for all ages. Highly recommended

Great hotel for family vacation with well maintained territory, spacious beach, 3 heated pools, relaxing atmosphere and big potential. My daughter really enjoyed evening shows. Personal at reception desk very much welcoming and helpful with all your requests. Thank you Mr Ali and Toha for all your help. I would definitely recommend Jaz Mirabel Resort.
