We struggled a lot with hotel wifi network. The fridge buzzing sound was constant in the room. shower water pressure was very slow.

The staff is very warm and welcoming, they will go out of their way to fulfill your request. The rooms are neat and clean. The location is isolated and right on the beach, however u need to access other side of the beach if you wanna a swim.

The food was good but at the start there was no choice. Once we queried this the manager was very helpful and the chef cooked whatever we wanted. It was just a pity we had to ask and this service was not offered.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Beautiful garden and the view from our private terrace over the beach and sea was fantastic. Lovely, clean room. At the time we were there it was very quiet and relaxing.

This hotel is a beautiful place nearby the sea. The atmosphere is very warm, personal and cosy. The rooms are clean and make you feel at home. Coming out of your room, you step on the beach.

The hotel is nice, quiet and clean, especially the staff of this hotel are a great asset - they are very nice and helpful. We had a particularly good experience with Mr. Omar from the restaurant. Otherwise, the cleaning staff is also very helpful and accommodating.

Dinner starts very late (8pm). Some litter on the beach that could be easily removed.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room with veranda and sea view a real treat. Bed comfortable. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Swimming pool clean and fresh. Table tennis and billiards provide fun evening sport. Snorkeling gear provided on site for free. Guide available to show best corals and pools. All in all quiet, friendly, spacious resort with beautiful gardens, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The location is a little far from the city so you need to book a taxi which takes a long time to arrive or walk for 25 mins to reach transportation. While the staff are overly welcoming, some of their interactions seemed fake to me.

I liked the family friendly atmosphere. The room was tidy, clean and comfortable.It is located in a very calm place and the night lighting is relaxing. It's also near to a swimming friendly beach. Overall I enjoyed my vacation there and the hotel was one of the reasons for that nice experience.

Incredibly beautiful and peaceful place, top-level service, cozy atmosphere with lots of greenery around. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay even with small children. The food deserves special praise, very tasty breakfast and dinner. Very good internet in the room and throughout the hotel. One of the best places in Egypt. A truly excellent stay. Everything about it was wonderful - such a beautiful resort and rooms. You had everything you needed and it was all so clean and comfortable. The staff were really welcoming, spoke excellent English and really helped us out in arranging a taxi from Safaga to here and then from the hotel to the bus stop when we left. Really filling breakfast included in the stay. Really loved the pools and a nice private beach, though unfortunately the water was a little too choppy to swim in when we were there. If you're going into town, our tip is you can walk along the beach to it. It doesn't show up on Google maps but it's all open pavement and it's much quicker and nicer. It was pretty empty when we there but I hope more people come and stay as it's such good value for money.
