Changing the towels every day wouldn't be necessary. For environmental reason I'd prefer to have it changed only if I request it (by leaving it on the floor e.g.) Gym facility could be better equipped.

The room is very small. There is no space in the room to put your luggage or if you put luggage you can not walk in the room. We wanted extra baby small bed. It was not much clean. We didn’t use it

The only weakness being the slowness of your guest wifi speed, in this day and age would expect better, especially as I also need to work from time to time whilst on holiday. Noticed the same issue in other Radisson Blu hotels

The interaction with the staff was limited due to the self check in process. They initially disregarded my requests on booking.com for a double bed and no child bed. I went and was able to change the room. I appreciated their willingness to suit our needs. The system just did not process the request, but the room was available as we needed it. I hope it is an ongoing process of perfecting their system, as the staff itself is willing to take care of their clients. The room could have been a bit cleaner, but maybe this was because of the change. There is an old air to this hotel. It is definitely not new.

Great breakfast. A lot of choices and open 3 hours in the morning. Very good position in regard to landmarks and for public transport connections (metro and bus). Next to a nice park with a lake. The city top view is amazing.

Beautiful hotel with clean spacious rooms, great breakfast buffet and friendly staff. It’s within walking distance to Christiania and one of the sightseeing bus stops. The hotel restaurant serves a good selection of dishes and there’s also a Thai restaurant located in the hotel. Guests have free access to the casino which also serves snacks and drinks. Taxi from the airport was about DKK 300

Location a bit out, 20-30min walk to main area. Room needs a bit of a deep clean it wasn’t noticeably dirty but the water jug hadn’t been cleaned and the fridge was dirty. Just the small little things that could make it better.

The room was close to the elevator, so it was a bit noisy.

I highly recommend this hotel! The view was outstanding, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is conveniently located near bus and metro stations. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Every aspect of our stay was excellent!

Television choice very limited 99% Danish only BBC world service.

Good sized room with all necessary facilities.Breakfast spoilt for choice all really fresh produce altough very busy plenty of seating and attentive waiting staff. Highlight of the stay was dinining in the onsite Thai restaurant its a must best food outside of Thailand. Metro staion nearby and als plenty of taxis at hotel. View from room was looking out to the harbour and canals.

Securitys came in the middle of the night because Inhaf a normal conversation with my friend and they told us there were neighbours concerned. Never had this before.

Good hotel all round!

All round good hotel in Copenhagen. The room was lovely and we loved the views from our room. The hotel is newly refurbished, we really liked the decor in the common areas. Although the hotel is on the outskirts, it takes literally 5 mins on the metro to get to the main city bit so really it feels very central. Would definitely come back!
