Nothing about the accommodation itself but just one thing - Netflix could not be logged in and we tried several times to contact the owner but they were not able to help

Location was nice, within 5 mins to the closest station; 5-10mins walk to main street. It was very clean and nicely designed which I loved.

There was a huge difference between the two bedrooms. The second one had no closet nor any place to store clothing, and neither had enough space to walk around the beds. There wasn't a cutting board or broom. Although there was supposed to be 24/7 access to help, we sent an email asking about affordable transportation to the airport and never received an answer.

Check in was easy and their excellent online guide covered everything except how to operate the washing machine. The apartment was pleasant and spotless, and we especially loved the Quooker! Neighborhood was great and convenient to everything. Beds were comfortable, shower was perfect and there were plenty of towels.

It was unseasonably warm for Sept in Copenhagen (22/23 c daytime) but the apt really retains heat so was quite warm - windows all open but as bedrooms face street at street level, didn’t feel that comfortable leaving them open at night with kids. Not their fault but Sat night entailed quite a lot of loud drunks outside our windows on street at 1am - in the 3 bed, all the bedrooms face onto the street. It’s not right next to loud bars but revellers do walk past! This company has several apts in building but not the whole building so you can’t leave luggage after check out. Was manageable as there are many cheap places (5 euro per bag) nearby but just something to note.

Really spacious 3 bed property in a truly excellent location - easy walk/bike ride to lots of places. You call tell how new it is! Crisp bed linen and comfortable beds. It’s right next to a beautiful park and less than 15 mins walk to the harbour in the other direction. Only 10 mins walk from metro stop with M2 line which goes to the airport. Very minimalist clean lines design. The shower pressure is excellent. Access to apt was very straightforward even though we arrived at 3am after a very delayed flight so was massively grateful for that!

We love our stay here! The location is very convenient to all the tourist sites and many amazing restaurants. The beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels were clean and plentiful! Having 2 washrooms was a bonus.

The bed in the bedroom is closed by walls from 3 sides (wall to wall head to toe, and on the left side). when 2 are sleeping one must exit above the other. Also high people (1.9m) will touch the wall with their feet when sleeping aligned with the bed. both rooms (bedroom and living room) have curtains which block the sun completely. however, as the apartment is on the first floor and overlooks a parking lot, if you want privacy, you must close the curtains and the sun. Curtains which allow sunlight should be added.

The apartment comprises of kitchen/entrance area, one large living room, one small bedroom and a shower\toilet. In the living room the sofa can be opened to a double bed. the apartment was clean. The kitchen was small but well equipped; there is a dishwasher and a washing machine+ dryer in the kitchen. The shower is good. The location is very very good, close to any touristic destination by foot or bike ride. the metro is 5 minutes away by foot.

Nothing. It was quite expensive but a good deal compared to the standards of Copenhagen.

The location is perfect. Close to the centre but not noisy. The fact that there is a kitchen means that one can save on the cost of some meals, which is important in Copenhagen which makes London look cheap.

There are basic things that we’re missing in the apartment: No shampoo Nothing other than salt and olive oil in the kitchen No laundry detergent There was a construction going on on the street near the apartment that was very noisy. There is no air conditioning and we could not open the windows.

Well, everything was fine. There could be some extra shelves or hangig hooks in an apartment. And it wouldn´t hurt if the kitchen was equipped with sugar and pepper in addition to olive oil and wet salt.

Clean and calm apartment, nice style, good location. Very comfortable bed. Kopenhagen is rather expensive so this apartment is reasonable choice when you appriciate privacy and home-like environment, it also helps to save some money if you prefer to cook or need some clothes to wash yourself.

There should be a curtain over the kitchen window and/or doors because the light shines inside all night through the kitchen and makes it hard to sleep. We also got woken up super early by some loud hammering upstairs.

The property would welcome air conditioning or at least a fan in the rooms, it is VERY warm even with the heating completely off and the windows wide open! The shower needs a shelf above the taps to put your things on (shower gel etc), everything is on the floor. The shower screen should be wider/longer because when you have the rainfall shower head on the bathroom floor gets very wet. The bedrooms need a mirror in them. The shelving in the slightly larger bedroom will cause some one an injury on their side in the night due to the sharp edges. Personally I would remove these 2 shelves, separate the beds and put a unit in the middle. It is then much easier to get into bed. Bear in mind that many people in other nations are not as tall as the Danes so it’s difficult to reach anything in cupboards without standing on a chair and the clothes rails are too high to use. This is clearly a newly installed apartment but some minor changes would make a difference.

Excellent bed, excellent shower. Good wardrobes. Everything was super clean. Excellent location. Good facilities close by. Quiet and safe location. Everything was well explained. WiFi is a bit slow.
