For some the apartments may be slightly too far out of town and it is a reasonable walk to the train station but that didn't bother us.

The apartment was well laid out, spacious and modern. The appliances looked new and were easy to use. All the facilities were there to allow full self-catering and there was a good supermarket in the same block. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient.

We were familiar with the Adina as we had stayed there for several days in 2016. As were planning our trip this year we immediately chose to stay at the Adina. The accommodations were exceptional, clean and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent. We were sorry that the restaurant was forced to close due to the Covid19 times as it was outstanding during our earlier visit. We recommend the Adina very highly.

The room is not clean during the stay

The room was impeccably clean. The hotel has a nice location. Didn’t have the opportunity to experience the breakfast due to working issues.

Limited restaurant eating options close by, however, supermarket, takeaway Thai and Italian restaurant very close, so not that bad!

Good space with self catering facilities. Indoor pool. Walking distance from train station which takes you directly to airport and day trip to Kronborg Palace.

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Everything we asked for they either delivered on or did their best to sort. The location is very convenient to walk to or take public transit from downtown Copenhagen. Walking is best as you can take a shortcut through the Citadel. Restaurant and supermarket steps from the front door.

No complaints

Quiet, spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Friendly reception staff - esp Kate and Adona. Many small touches like the loan of an umbrella and magnified mirror in bathroom.

The swimming pool was a little cold but that would be my only grumble if anything just meant use the sauna a little.longer.

Location was good, the apartment had everything you needed and was very comfortable.

We loved everything, welcoming staff, swimming pool, breakfast, comfortable beds, spacious and bike rental on site. So convenient to visit the city!

The only very minor downside is the slight distance but the positives far outweigh this.

Great hotel in a beautiful location by the harbour, is a little outside the city centre but only a 15 min walk and train ride into the action. If you love the ability to get out of the touristy part in the morning and evening this is a great choice for you. So good to have a washing machine too! And a little supermarket 2 mins walk away is great too.

The apartment was a little way from the train station but we love not being in the tourist center, it lets you explore the suburbs. We were not sure if our apartment was going to be serviced daily, it was randomly serviced just one day of our stay - but we could have asked, so not an issue.

The apartment was large and clean with great facilities and the staff were super helpful.

Nothing - it was great.

The hotel was very nice. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent - we enjoyed it each morning before leaving for the day to tour the city. The hotel's location is not quite central but an easy walk to the train station or you could walk downtown in about 20-30 minutes. Also, there is an excellent Italian restaurant across the street called Tio Mario's. I highly recommend it! There is also a grocery store around the corner from the hotel where we picked up snacks and even dinner one night. My daughter LOVED the pool - you don't find many hotels for this price with a pool.

Restaurant not open other than for breakfast for the majority of our stay. Senior Female member of staff, presumably a manger as not in uniform over head in a heated discussion with a junior member of staff speaking to him on a very derogatory manner. Neither of these issues would deter us from returning but it would be good to have all facilities open and staff could be more self aware about where and when they have difficult conversations with one another,

The staff were exceptional (including house cleaning) when we had a problem with the room, they immediately offered up another room even though they were fully booked. The location, the breakfast, and the room itself were all outstanding. It was our favourite stay on our multi city trip. We will definitely be staying there again.

Long walk to public transport. Got a hefty parking ticket whilst sorting out hotel parking permit. The hotel needs to deal in advance with hotel parking.

The pool was a great highlight after a day of sightseeing. The apartment had all we needed for a stay with a six year old. Handy to have a kitchen and a washing machine in the flat.
