The pool was very cold and we had to get out quickly. Also the pillows on the bed were extremely flat so we had to sleep on cushions from the couch.

Great location if you want to be near downtown, good value for Copenhagen, comfortable and well sized room. I liked that this place offers apartments so you have a decent sized space for your stay. We used the pool which was really nice. There is a buffet breakfast available which has good options, quite convenient as there's no other breakfast choice around.

Coffee and yogurt - they simply don't have it. Even the one that I paid outside the breakfast was just a water. Nothing like Italian coffee. Skir they insisted is a yogurt, it was not.

It is a good apartment - nice walking distance, around 45 min by foot from the Centre (Konges Nytorv) and the main street. The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, the breakfast was OK, but the coffee was awful! They don't have an espresso or late, or capuchino. However, they didn't have a regular yogurt, just skir, so if you want a good coffee you should find it somewhere else. The train is going nearby so you can hear it time to time. The SPA facility was OK but some renovation wouldn't hurt. Overall, nice experience, there is a Netto shop just around the corner, so I recommend it.

Fantastic, such great value for money. Room size was perfect, modern, very clean. Lots of space and wardrobe space Sauna and pool were great, staff were very friendly and helpful. The supermarket just 50 metres or so away was ideal, bought things for snacks and light breakfast in case we slept in

Pool area could have been warmer and floor around poolside was very slippy. The room needs upgraded air-con as you can't open the window at night time due to the noise outside. The heat in the room could cause complaints due to poor sleep quality. Lighting in the room could be improved as it was quite dark.

Very comfortable bedroom, bed was great. Pool facilities were a good added extra. Staff were very friendly and helpful, location was good. Very quiet hotel which was nice after a day out exploring. Local information available from hotel, nice restaurant and supermarket across the road.

Location wise it is about a 25 min walk to the main tourist part of Copenhagen, but the walk is all along the water and is quite scenic, and you get to pass the Little Mermaid which is pretty close to the hotel.

The property was very modern and clean. The staff were friendly, breakfast was included in our stay and it was tasty and there was a good choice. We were 3 staying in one of the rooms and there was plenty of space and was very comfortable. The shower had good pressure and the bathroom was a good size. We didn’t really use the kitchen but was well equipped. There is a shop right on the corner of the building which handy too.

Have stayed before, so knew what we were getting, and it was good. Location was fine for us, but it is very easy to get into central copenhagen, and not a bad walk if you wish to. Nice apartments, very clean and comfortable. Supermarket next door, and some local restaurants. Train staion 10 mins walk. Staff were very helpful. Would use again.

Very comfortable apartment. Good size and nice to have some space. Facilities good. Location easily accessible to main centre and transport links The lady who checked us in was really helpful and gave an excellent recommendation for somewhere to go and eat on the night which we arrived ( Tuesday) John & Woo. Had a lovely evening there and also found a place you can go for a plunge in the sea outside of the summer season by it.

Everything was really good maybe the location was a little far from the centre but 10 minutes walking to the closes train and metro station made our stay easier. Also quality/price and big room with kitchen included as we had, I doubt you can find it in the city centre - definitely recommended and with supermarket and a restaurant close.

Everything was really good from the size of the room with the own kitchen, really clean and comfortable place. Really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back.

The balcony was too narrow which should be reconsidered due to the recent Liam Payne incident please look into this immediately.

The heated floor tiles were a nice addition to the apartment. The floor had a very comfy carpet one of my colleagues passed out and slept there for a whole 6 hours can’t fault the carpentry work here.

some of the details are off - the AC in my room made noise, the indoor pool isn't really warm though it says it's heated. but those are small things. also - the location is decent but not really right downtown - there's a bit of a trek to get down to the centre.

Rooms not cleaned frequently. You have to do the dishes yourself. Carpets in corridor worn looks run down.

Nice quiet neighborhood 10’ by bike to city center, 10’ walk to metro. Close to “the mermaid”, to a nice a park and also some canals. Gym and pool where great, breakfast with an extra charge delicious. Nice lobby, comfy rooms.
