We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nice classic hostel. Attached bathroom was a big plus. Bar right underneath. A lot of restaurants near by. A big park about 5 min walk.

BrazilBeds were not very much comfortable. But what annoyed me the most was the shower that didn't stay on. It had the same timer mecanism of public sinks that you press for the water to come out, and it has a timer. I feel it was a dumb way to save water because i had to use one of the hands to keep pressuring the buttom and in the end my bath was longer than it is normally. And I really needed a hot shower to relax from the walking and I ended up being more stressed.
The hostel is just in front of the subway station. It was reasonably clean and offered a minimum for a cheap stay over. It will provide the essencial if you need just a place to sleep.

It's location within the city is very good, a bit far from the Dome, but the area around it is very lively. The room was clean as well. I saw some comments saying that they don't turn on the heaters, they do, you just basically have to turn on the valve on the heater itself.

It was near the Metro line, but it was far from the center of the city taht it takes about 30 minutes of walking.

My partner, toddler, and I needed a simple place to stay for one night in Cologne. My 3-year old *loved* the fact he was allowed to sleep in a bunk bed. The beds were comfy and clean and we were surprised how quiet it was in the hotel and outside. The breakfast was simple, but fresh. If you're expecting the fancy hotel treatment - this place is not for you. If you're looking for a no frills but clean place, go here. And I highly recommend their cakes, too!

GermanyThere was only on bathroom and two showers for each floor. The showers didn’t have anything to put your clothes on, which made it pretty hard to get changed in there without putting things on the „dirty“ floor.
The hostel was very clean and in a good location. There is a U-Bahn station right next to it and a S-Bahn station 7 minutes walking. Also some grocery stores and lots of cute little stores etc. Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Enjoyed stay at this hostel, family room was basic but perfect for us as a family of four. reception staff extremely helpful and friendly. Laid back bar/cafe downstairs which is a relaxing place to hang out. Enjoyed the breakfast which is reasonably priced. Cologne is an expensive city without the range of accommodation other big cities have and I would highly recommend this hostel as a fantastic value for money option.
