The bathroom is tiny. There is no enough room to stay comfortable while seated on the WC. It is a little far from the city centre.

The check in and check out is completely done by yourself. The place was full of young people but was quiet at night. The breakfast was marvellous including a wide variety of good foods and drinks.

Eventhough it has a lot of things not everything works. In the common room one machine ate the coins. Self check in didn't work. Coffee machine didn't work all the time. The hostel has a policy where you have to make your own bed. That is very inconvenient because there are people checking in late at night and then they had to make their bed in the dark to not wake the others. It is not very hospitable. I was there for 5 nights and I had to go to the reception twice for.extra toilet paper and shampoo because the housekeeping changed only the trash. Tbe shower cabin wasn't fixed and the doors kept banging. Also the sockets on the bed for charging the phone aren't universal but made for iphone which meant I had to buy another cable. All in all I think they don't really fix the problems so it looks good on paper.

The hostel has one of the best common room I have seen. It has place to watch tv, to charge cellphones, to play, eat, talk and even karaoke room. It has machines with food, drinks and neccessities. It has a bar with food and drinks and lockers for luggage. It also has a common kitchen and laundry room which is always a plus. The bed was suprisingly comfy. I also loved two separate bathrooms in the room.

Staff for rooms are using the same elevator for guests!! I waited for 10 minutes to use it!

The noise. It was really loud and also the ntrance doors to rooms were just so loud once it was closing. Even till midnight people were making noice.

the location was very bad. my beds usb port was a literal fire hazard and when i told the reception they did not care. room was crazy hot. age limit would be nice bc there was an old man in my room who was being super creepy

It was a bit chaotic in the lobby as there are a lot of young people group but the building where our room was quiet. Not much selection for food in their cafeteria and took a long time. A few blocks from the train station.

Spacious room, sleeps 6-two bunk beds and 1 queen. Separate toilet and shower which is good when there are 5 of you in the room.

It is a no frills place. The bed sheets were billig and scratchy. For one night ok but the are the bare minimum.

The location is great. The room meets the minimum standards. The office chairs and desks though are better than a five star hotel. Practical and nice.

The room was not very clean…Scratches on the walls, dirt on the floor and dust, hairs in the shower. For 150€ I expected it to be a little more clean.

The room was nice, the location isn’t too bad it’s a quick walk to a station nearby that you can take a train into the city centre. A quick walk to the east side gallery too which was nice.

Soundproofing was terrible. I was sleeping and people at 3 am were SCREAMING when coming from the rave or whatever. I mean it's not hotels fault, their policy clearly states that after 10PM you need to bge quiet.

Easy and fast connection to the city centre by bus. The room was fine and clean. It was in the last floor so even with a view.

Check-in takes very long time. There are only two employees working for hundreds of guests and the queue is giant. Also they require you to fill a form, what we were not told upon arrival. So we waited 20 mins only to be told to fill it and come again 😒 The room was generally clean, besides bedsheets. All of them had black curly body hair🫤

Very nice room, clean and comfortable. Has a working table in case you need it. Located not far from the center and most of sightseeing places. Room is suitable for a long stay, however it would be super, if it had a tiny little fridge, especially for the warm season.

I couldn't sleep well, because people come and go out! It was not comfortable to rest at night at all. And the bed was too noisy, with a little move it began to make noises!
