To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Czech RepublicLuggage rules after check out are really unfriendly. 6,- Euro per bag for leaving luggage is too much. It is not possible to pay directly at the hotel, but only through some application. We have not met in any hotel with such an attitude regarding leaving luggage. Overall, it somewhat spoiled our impression of the hotel.

GermanyAbout room service I can't tell something positive unfortunately. When we arrived the room was really clean and nice. But during all 3 days we were there It was cleaned by room service. Once I told to the woman from room service to clean it. She did just stuff in a bathroom but bet clothes weren't changed.
Location is really good. In 10 metres from hotel there is U-Bahn Tram und Bus Stop you can use to reach any place in Berlin. The district (Mitte) is very nice, quite and cultural comparing with other ones like Kreuzberg oder Neukölln. Personal war very friendly and always ready to help. Price is also reasonable for such location.

United KingdomBed was very basic, comfortable enough but substandard even for the cheap price of the room, the pillow were very slim and there was no extra pillow or duvet/blanket No kettle in the room or elsewhere in the hotel which is a must in any hotel nowadays, especially in cheap places where people can probably not afford daily €4 coffees or teas. Probably more an issue from Booking but the reservation said I'd pay at the hotel and instead I was charged directly on my credit card incurring exchanges fees.
