The room was very hot, even with the ventilation on. The wifi was weak.

The hotel was clean and well located - right by a train station, and also by a tram going to Marienplatz. There is also a small convenience mall next door where you can find a supermarket and a pharmacy, amongst other things. The staff was helpful and we left our luggage in the luggage room on our last day, as we had a few hours between check-out and our flight. There is also a convenient bar and restaurant in the lobby.

I have never experience hotel with such obvious flaws and that is still excellent hotel(in my opinion of course). Wardrobe in room is extremely small(it even does not look like a wardrobe). Ventilation in bathroom doesn't work and hairdryer works for only like 30 seconds. Scrambled eggs for breakfast are awful(but the rest of breakfast is fine except the fact that constantly something is missing - in one moment coffee machine doesn't work, next moment the juice machine doesn't work, then you don't have bread anymore...).

Perfect place if you want to visit Messe in Munchen. You need just 15 minutes from your door to Messe entrance if you use S-Bahn and U-Bahn. Hotel is perfectly clean, staff members are very kind, rooms are spacious. City centre is just 3 minutes with S-Bahn from hotel. I will definitely book this hotel for next visit to Baumesse. It is not too expensive comparing to other hotels in period of year when Baumesse is held (prices in Munchen are crazy in that period). Breakfast is ok.

Weird atmosphere in hotel, you have feeling like nobody else by you and receptionst is in hotel. it could be advantage, but it is pretty creepy. i did not like my view which was on garbage of the other object by the hotel. globally for bussines trip fine place, but not with family.

There were two back to back problems in our room, one day there was a ventillation awful noise, the second one a leakage from the roof. Staff was extremely helpful to immediately resolve, but still, this was an issue that disturbed our staying.

I asked in the evening to print some documents for me, I think printing quality was ok. but it was clear that my question was bothering the reception, I had asked for a few copies (I think 2-3 ) and I just got one.

The bed was a little soft for my taste, but still relatively comfortable. The restaurant is closed on weekends, but you can get a pizza in the bar.

Very friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast, the option of not having your room cleaned,. Only a few minutes walking distance from an S-Bahn station and also easily reachable by car. Free parking inside.

It was just a bit annoying that we had to get an exit ticket at the reservation desk every time we wanted to drive out of the garage. The room was generally clean, but we accidentally noticed some small items from previous guests underneath one of the counters. But those are really minor things. The toilet room is separate from the bathroom, which is nice, but we did not notice any ventilation system, which was not ideal, let's say :) There is a gym, but very basic, you can do some cardio and that's it.

The room was nice and spacey, with a very comfy bed. We took a suite, which had tv sets in both the living and bedroom (which we did not use, but we find it annoying when travelling with kids and TV is only in the living room, where they normally get their extra bed prepared). Although the location is not ideal, close to a major road, a construction site and S bahn, with windows closed the room was very quiet. On the other hand, the location was convenient for our needs, but also for reaching the city center, as Sbahn and tram stations were very closeby, and there was even a small shopping mall with a supermarket and a farmacy just around the corner. The breakfast was excellent, with amazing staff, we've had a table reserved for us each morning. Nice selection, not huge, but more than enough for a nice start of the day. The parking was very convenient, a part of a public garage in the same building, reserved just for hotel guests, very clean and safe. The Croatian ladies at the reception desk were great and went out of their ways to help us. We will not hesitate to stay there again.

Staying at this hotel is pleasant. Rooms are nice and comfy. Excellent beds. Got a free room upgrade - towards the back yard (not facing the quite busy street). Friendly staff, good breakfast & location.

Menue prices and espeialle breakfast price by far too high! nevar had a breakfast for 24 € before, and therefor, the offered eatings were al bit too simple.

Service in Lobby and restaurant good, but poor dining offers in menue. Staff in restaurant very freidly and helpfful.

There was almost no amenities. There was no tooth kit, no bathrobe and slippers, I asked for the bathrobe and toothbrushes and they only gave me bathrobe after 3 calls to the reception.

Location was very comfortable, 3 stops to the city center by subway. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean. the breakfast was really good.

We didn’t know how much the breakfast would be, especially with the tax breakdown, so it was a little more expensive than initially expected. However it is a great breakfast with lots of food options and coffee machines.

We really enjoyed our stay here! very comfortable room and bed in a lovely quiet courtyard room. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety and options ranging from hot to cold.

I would expect richer breakfast from a four stars hotel. The train station nearby is dirty with lots of abandoned bikes.
