if you have any question or any uncertainty DO ask it because the man did not say anything about the food or information about the accomodation and stuff upon arriving. Im not sure if this was because we had to speak in english. We asked the room with breakfast and dinner. The breakfast choices were not so vary, we missed the vegetables for example. The dinner was also a russian rulette. The owner did not offer choices, there was no menu (or we just weren't informed) you had to eat what they brought to you to the table (actually the other tables were getting the same food), but it was good tho (starter, main dish and dessert).

The room and the bathroom was clean with AC, and the beach was only for a few minutes walk

The bed (for my personal choice) was far too hard. Therefore barely slept. Noise from hallway could be heard very well (sound isolation is minimal). Also smelled of cigarettes smoke from other tenants in the house.

Excellent location - within walking distance of beach and evening activities. Still far enough for some peace and quiet. Breakfast buffet with good selection of different foods.

The bathroom is a bit small. The dinner was in the price and we couldn't order from the menu only we got something from the menu. They asked what we don't like but we couldn't choose anything. The communication was a bit difficult because the staff barely speak in English.

Room was small but just enough for two people. It was always clean and every morning the staff cleaned our room. Breakfast was always enough and delicious and we got homemade pastries every morning. We ask dinner which was tasty as well. The staff was very kind and nice every situation. I can recommend for a weekend or for a week.

The hotel is a 10 mins walking distance to the beach. You can park your car in front of the hotel free of charge. The room was nice and clean. The staff was really nice. Breakfast was good too. They have very good coffee. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were a bit too soft. The water pressure in the shower was really good. The A/C makes a lot of noise which is acceptable but you can also hear the a/C from the next room too. Other than that, there were no other noise coming from outside or other rooms. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

No fresh fruit or vegetables for breakfast. But could be only me needing this to start the day. For those who don't find this essential: everything absolutely fine!

Felt welcome! Offered food was yummy and as we said we are vegetarians, they prepared something especially for us for dinner.

We booked our trip a little late so the options were very limited. We spoke with a few people who had booked similar accomodations for a fraction of what we paid. That said, Baška is generally an expensive little town. It was the most expensive stay on our entire trip and didn't feel like it was worth extra money. The room doors are quite thin so you're at the mercy of your neighbors. That said, we enjoyed our stay in Baška and the neighbors didn't bother us this time.

There are loud parties up till late night, every night in Baška and since it was farther from the beach and promenade it was quiet, unlike probably around 70% of properties in the town. The room was comfortable enough for the length of our stay and the time we actually spent inside (which was very little to be honest). There is a very large front yard parking lot available, which is extremely important as the town is crowded and public parking spots are almost nowhere to be found. The owners were happy to let us leave our car for a few hours longer after check-out. The beach is about 7 minutes walk from the property. Might seem too long for some, wasn't for us and we carried a lot with us every time.

Pension Burin is nice family property with clean facilities and very friendly staff. They also have restaurant with very tasty local dishes.

The attic room is really small to the point where you bang your head if you are not careful. But it is okay if you plan to just sleep there and spend your stay outside.

The food is absolutely amazing and tasty for both breakfast and dinners. The room was cleaned daily and staff is nice. The pansion is very close to the beach (5min walk) and local bars. You can also park directly next to it.

Since we didnt have room with balcony, it was bit complicated to dry all the wet clothes from beach. But we managed ;)

Amazing location! The pension was in walkable distance to the beach. Nearby a market, café, wine shop. The owners were so friendly and took great care of us. Food was delicious - breakfast enough to satisfy, dinner with big portions (starter, main dish, dessert + salat bar). If visiting this destination in the future, I would book this again!

Good location. But that's all that can be said positively about this hotel. An absolute hole. We did not see anything worse during our two-week trip around Croatia. The rooms in the attics are generally not suitable for living, because the low ceiling (about 1 m) means that the bed can literally be accessed only by a quadruped. It even violates human dignity. Even the corners of the entrance door are cut so that they can be fully opened. It would be hard to believe that the hygiene standards in Croatia would allow this. The most disappointing thing is that it was also the most expensive overnight stay. Thus, the price-quality ratio is less than 2.0. Don't trust the pretty pictures and descriptions. We will never come back here again and will not advise others to stay here.
