There was a warning lastered all over the hostel about no noise between 22 and 8. But every night there were literally screams outside and the staff did nothing. It didn't bother me, because I sleep with earmuffs. But you either have a rule and enforce it or don't advertise the rule. No airconditioning, when it's almost 30 then it's a must.

Beds were spacious and clean. Other guest didn't bother me. Douche was almost always clean and empty. Price us very cheap. Reception staff was always there and open to answer questions.

I booked for a bunk bed in a mixed dormitory room. A lot of noise made by people who were going in and out during the night. I was prepared by using my sleep earplugs. The bed was uncomfortable and very squeeky when turning. The toilet and the bathroom were a bit unhygienic. Somehow the toilets were smelling. The € 10 deposit for the key card was in my opinion unnecessary. My card key didn't work well and I had problems opening the door. Luckily it was replaced.

The staff was friendly and helpfull. In the lobby there were plenty seating options. Coffee and tea were free. The tea was of excellent quality with versatile choice of flavors. The hostel is at a great location. Close to the Alexanderplatz and the Friedrichstraße. Many interesting places are within walking distance. Public transport, the S-Bahn and U-Bahn, are a short distance away.

Bathrooms are individual, together with the shower and smell to pee. They should hire profesional cleanera (now they are not) for the bathrooms and clean them more often.

Commodities are just ok, meant for short visit to Berlin. For some reason beds are incredibly noisy.

There were no plugs next to the beds making it very hard to charge your phone. Their check in system is also odd, charging you a €10 deposit for the sheets you use which no other hostel I’ve stayed in has done.

It was in a really nice location as it was easy to walk to all the main tourist spots. It’s has a very nice outdoor area and the bathrooms and bedrooms are very spacious and clean.

I wish it were easier to book female only rooms. This is across the board but specifically here there was a guy in just his underwear when i walked in and another had basically see through underwear and was sleeping without anything else covering. At least he was facing the wall but still. Not having an outlet near the bed is brutal. For hostels especially because you need to keep electronics safe. there was an outlet i think near each bed but i was on a top bunk so I had to stick my phone under my mattress so that the cord would be long enough and so I wouldn't have to leave it somewhere else to charge.

Its your average hostel, not bad not great.

Nothing wrong with the hostel but if you want the true Berlin experience then head further east of the city.

Very clean and modern, nice spacious room, very friendly staff and perfect location for the museums. It's more of a commercial area and more touristy than the grity Friedrichshain area where we were previously.

Our room was very hot during the day because it didnt have blinds. Because of this, in the morning from 4:30 we would wake up because of the light

The staff was very nice and friendly and the communal spaces were very nice too. The location was very good, we walked most of the time and there are bus and subway stops very close to the hostel
