Tv wasn't a smart one.

The bus stand to the Old town was just across the street. The place itself was quite nice with a fully equipped kitchen. Private parking is available on site.

Wonderful Stay in Dubrovnik. Location very central and easy to get to old town by bus within 10 minutes. Loved the charm of Dubrovnik. Host was very friendly and accomodating. Would recommend.

Very good place just a few minutes from the beach, close to go to Dubrovnik. Shops and restaurants nearby. Comfortable and clean. The host is great helping with everything and very reactive.

The shower is a little small. The mattress is uncomfortable, it's uneven and moves a lot when you shift. There's a dog living somewhere behind the building which barks very loudly.

The apartment is close to the grocery store, bakery and bus stop to go to old town. It's nice to have a living room area with couch and a dining table. Kitchen is small but has a full-size fridge, oven and dishwasher. It's walkable to the sunset beach and the port where we took our 3-island boat tour. There are also a number of restaurants in Lapad so you don't have to go to old town just to dine.

It was unclear from the photos whether our room would have a full kitchen or not. The photos made it look like we would, so I was surprised when we didn't have one. But we did have a little fridge which was great!

Great hostess who explained a bit about the area and neighborhood. We ended up liking this neighborhood better than being in the Old City, because it showed us a different part we wouldn't have seen that is just as beautiful and a little bit cheaper restaurant options!

It was a bit confusing to find initially as the sign isn’t visible until very close. Could do with some more detailed instructions on booking.com or a better sign. Some washing up liquid and a sponge in the room would have been helpful so we could wash up crockery.

Helpful and friendly host, clean room, good location 10 min walk from the beach and 10 min bus to the old town. Reasonable price. It was a really lovely stay and we would recommend Villa Mia to others.

Very convenient location, close to a number of restaurants and cafes, and the bus stop for visiting the old town, walking distance to wonderful beaches (Lapad and Vis) Beaches. Great host, gave us great advice about the area and visiting Dubrovnik, and recommended a great boat trip to the Elaphiti Islands and organized all the logistics for us.

We liked everything but If I have to say something maybe that it is a little bit confusing to find the entrance to the apartament (but not a big deal!).

It was super clean and Lucy, the manager, was very helpful! The location is not in the center but it’s 10 min walking from Lapad Beach which was lovely.

One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in whilst on vacation! Everything was clean and well maintained, the location was only 5 minutes walk from the beach. There were plenty of bakeries and lots of restaurants nearby to choose from as well, again, all within 5-10 minutes walk. The bus stop was only across the road and whilst the property was next to the main road it was well sound proofed! We loved that the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Finally, the staff and manager were all very friendly and helpful as well! Thanks for having us!

There was a lot of water/liquid in the fridge, it felt a little old so I think a new fridge would be a great update. The shower leaked onto the floor every time it was used. The host wasn't on time to give me the keys despite arranging it before hand.

Great location close to the beach! The host was very lovely and accommodating. The property has a really lovely outdoor seating area and BBQ that I think would be great to use in the summer!

We loved the days we stayed there. The apartment is beautiful, everything is brand new and an excellent location. Lusy was simply incredible, in every way. She provided us with countless tips on how to have the best experience in Dubronick. In addition to the suggestion of an incredible boat trip around the 3 islands.

Our only issue was with the managing company who didn’t communicate very well or efficiently. The actual host, Lusy, is really nice, helpful and friendly. Our advice is to ask as soon as you book for Lusy’s Phone number and to then communicate direct with her via WhatsApp.

Great location a short drive/ bus ride from the old town. Close to several small beaches and many restaurants. Cosy room and good reliable wifi. Good shower pressure and working A/C. Free parking for our hire car for the full 5 days.

The bedroom/ balcony overlooks a construction , which is pretty noisy and starts at around 7 am. The mattresses and pillows are not very comfortable. The toilet/ bathroom cannot be locked from the inside, and it’s directly next to the kitchen.

The hosts are very friendly helpful and provided all the information we needed for the stay. The check in and check out was smooth. The kitchen is pretty well equipped, allows to prepare your own meals. The location is pretty good, a short bus ride will take you to the Old town and the beach , supermarkets and restaurants are in less than 10 min walk . The property has a beautiful little garden in front of the house and the hosts live downstairs and were always available.

It would have been nice to have a shared kitchen of some sort, but as long as you eat outside and/or don't need to cook, it's perfect.

Perfectly located, it's close to shops, restaurants, the beach. The room itself was clean and had all the amenities needed for a short trip.

I liked that the apartment had a parking spot, because in Dubrovnik parking spots are hard to find and not cheap. The bus stop was very near. By Uber is about 4,5 to 5 euros to the old Town. There is a shop near for gorciaries.
