staff was not informative. they made pay us deposit and said that we can go to breakfast and during checkout they told me that i had to pay again. one girl was nice who worked on the weekends and night shift.

I got a confirmation that I would get an interconnecting room, however upon arrival turned out it was not possible but i was told rooms would be close by. My family were split into 2nd and 7th floor - not the end of the world, yet you have to use two different lifts to get to different floors. Lastly, I had prepaid for all 4 rooms and breakfast for all, but I got a double charge from the hotel for a part of it that I had to query. In a summary, while the hotel was great, the little things that did not work out make it a bit bittersweat experience overall.

Although a nice offering for breakfast, it was incredibly expensive. We had two rooms, one for my 90 year old Mother-in-law and at €30 for her have a cup of coffee and a brotchen (of course others would eat more) is just too much. We were offered a continental choice for a bit cheaper €25 I think?) but we didn't want to tell her she couldn't choose something else if she wanted it while our breakfast was strangely incl in our rate. Also, our room looked out on the trash bins.

We liked the location and overall vibe. The breakfast was good and varied. Beds were comfortable.

The air conditioner was fan hot however the stuff offered another hotel near by and avan which help a lot.

Location was the best benefit and the breakfast was amazing with different type and fresh food, the stuff was helping and cooperative,the daily cleaning of the room was amazing, Iwill come back again .

Nice place right in the center. We could use the spa and sauna in the sister hotel, which was 2 minutes away. Nice breakfirst.

The receptionists were always busy when we tried to ask them something, not thei fault, but since the hotel is very crowded ther should be more people at the reception. One other thing when we arrived from airport the taxi cost was 35 EUR, but when we asked our receptionist to arrange us the taxi to the airport we paid 55 EUR.

The breakfast was really exceptional, the hotel is really beatiful and cozy. The room was really clean.

At some point the internet was down during our stay for a day or so. Of course understandable as it was holiday period but perhaps they can plan for a backup solution long term.

Unfortunately during our stay we had a leak in the ceiling and water was spilling on the floor. The hotel staff was very friendly and offered us immediately on the same night an other room. Housekeeping was average as they did not remove the food rests in the fridge from the previous guests in our room

The location of the hotel could not be more central , nice refurbished rooms , good size and quiet

Unfortunately during our stay we had a leakage in the ceiling of our room but the hotel immediately offered us a new room the same night in happened , when looking at the ceiling, there were already yellow wet spots which would suggest the room had already leak problems before our arrival and I believe the hotel management should have not made available the room for us and should have repaired it instead. Also there was food rests in the fridge from the previous guest which the cleaning staff did not notice and remove
