The location was perfect for visiting Euro 2024. Staff were very friendly, good breakfast, rooms were decently clean.

Could have done with having a menu for evening as we had to walk down to a restaurant they recommend it it wasn’t a great restaurant also to buy water was very expensive

Staff on the day of arrival weren't the friendliest, also they were smoking right outside the entrance, which did not give a nice welcome to the hotel. Pretty expensive for what it was, but compared to many other hotels in Hamburg it was OK price.

Nice specious room. Good location when travelling to the Arena for a concert. The room was pretty clean and had a minifridge, which was nice.

Room in a semi-basement, view from the window is directly on a mount of grass. More importantly, room smelled awfully strongly of air freshener. Leaky faucet that sprayed water on us.

Comfortable bed, bathtub available. Parking available. Very nice buffet breakfast (although coffee machine didn't work at the time).

Problems with the keycard to access the room delayed us when we wanted to get in and pack for leaving. But the staff at reception was helpful.

Walking distance from Barclaycard Arena (30 mins), quiet location, nice beds and clean room. Late check-out time and easy parking.

Bus stop outside but both Ubahn and Sbahn were a bit of a trek. No tea or coffee available. Did not have breakfast included, sounded expensive for what was on offer.

There were like 5 spiders in the room of which I had to take care of. Other than that the furniture was a little out of date and the beds were way too soft. There was one big downside to the hotel: charging 12€ per night as a parking fee for already paying guests whilst having enough parking space is pretty bad. This should be free or at a far lower rate.

The overall cleanliness of the room was up to my expectations.

I didn't like that I had to pay extra for the parking even though booking.com said that there would be no hidden costs and I also didn't like the fact that the room had no air conditioning.

Property was very small, rooms were also very small, staff in the reception was kind, but they don’t have enough person to care about rooms. I have left there coat, wrote to them after 3 hours when leaving the property and they declined, told that couldn’t find it in wardrobe😞

Was over for a concert, room was mouldy around all the window frames. Rooms were freezing, the bar isn't even a bar. Asked for 2 beers and the 4 beer pumps they had weren't on. So they had a couple of beer on a shelf that they lifted. That were absolutely roasting. Phoned the hotel to get a taxi back after concert. They basically said to phone taxi ourselves. Told us a taxi was ordered when it clearly wasn't. Kept phoning to ask for help cause we were stranded and they didn't even want to know. Had to walk 50 minutes middle of the night. Pouring rain. Girlfriend bare foot cause of heels. All together the stay was shocking. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
