We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe staircases / corridors could be marked clearer (entrance / exit etc.), I got lost once. And while the convenience of being just next to main train station is fantastic, the area could be a bit nicer.
Extremely helpful staff offered help themselves when I got a bit lost in the corridors. Room very clean and not too small. Good breakfast. And online check-in and check-out are great – great when arriving tired or leaving in rush (both are usually the case :-) ). The location next to the main train station is fantastic.

United KingdomThe building works opposite were a bit noisy, but there is not much the hotel can do about that - just a matter of unlucky timing.
Staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. Good breakfast and very convenient as so close to the train station and the centre of town.

Positively surprised by the size and freshness of our room. The view isn't much to enjoy but very central right by the city terminal and a few blocks from main square I'd say this was well worth the money. Didn't try the breakfast (not included) but seemed like a standard buffé like you'd expect from similar places.

GermanySince we were on the side facing the street, the tram sound could be heard when the window was open but when I closed the window the sound stopped. However, in the morning there was also noise from the corridor but this could be due to the guests. Unfortunately there were no hotel slippers.
Breakfast was sufficient and good. I especially liked the homemade jams and organic teas. There was also a chicken option for those who did not eat pork, as well as products such as salami. My room wasn't very big but of course I chose it considering that and it was enough for me. The bathroom and towels were clean. They said we could keep our belongings in the lobby after we checked out and they had a special area for this.

GermanyThe soundproofing is not very good, I could hear people in the other rooms. Also the entrance door was shaking every time someone entered or exited their room, which woke me up earlier than wanted in the morning and even scared me several times.
Location was exceptional, very close to the trainstation and old town. There was free water in the room, very useful. The room and bathroom were huge. The bed was big and comfortable. There was gel douche and shampoo provided, together with towels.
