Some things did not work that well, like lights, faucets, opening room doors. Breakfast drinks unit out of service for an entire week.

It was suitable to us and had a great bed.

The sofa bed mattress was sacked out and in need of replacement.

The staff were pleasant, the room was clean and the kitchen was adequately supplied. The standard bed mattress was comfortable. The continental breakfast had a good variety.

Rooms had pretty much every we needed/wanted. Comfortable bed, table and two chairs plus a bigger chair, coffee and fridge in room, glass mugs and glasses. Free parking on site. Breakfast included. Guest laundry.

Lamp didnt work. Internet spotty. Sink stopper broken.

The fridge was either broken or not turned on…was not able to keep drinks in it although it was not a necessity. I rarely make use of such accessories anyway and therefore did not report it to the front desk. Also, when I turned down the bedsheets, there was a smear of blood on them in two spots. I reported this to the front desk when checking out. I slept in the second bed.

The hallways were smoke-filled and the elevator was questionable so we used the stairs as we were closer to the stairs than the elevator. Our room was not ready at check-in time. They had to switch us to another lower level room.

The location was good. The room was dated but clean and comfortable. We had a free continental breakfast each, in their breakfast room on the main floor. The staff were nice.

The wifi was unsecured, and without security certificates, so i did not use it. The property overall, is in need of some refreshing. There was an odd assortment of crockery and cutlery available for use, but only 1 fork, however the staff happily provided us with some additional (wooden) forks.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room, although dated, was very clean. Despite being in a room next to the elevator, we were not disturbed by elevator noise at all during the night. Breakfast was basic but more than adequate. We were able to warm up our dinner in the room, which also had a small dining table.

The bed was too high but in picture it was perfect height. I went to desk and pointed it out and they gave me the room I had seen online and I had a great sleep. No extra charge .

There were a list of things not working in the room, hair dryer, bedside lamp, ceiling fan. The staff made note of these things when we told them as we were leaving.

We stayed here for 2 nights before travelling to New Brunswick for 4 nights, then stayed 1 more night before flying home to Winnipeg. We chose here because it was reasonably priced and the location was right. From other reviews we were prepared for an older hotel in need of upgrades. True. It was clean and very spacious 2 queen beds in one room and a large sitting area with a small kitchenette in a separate room. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and bathroom were clean. Exactly what we wanted. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was limited but adequate.

I did not like the air conditioning unit AT ALL; it was very noisy and blew the curtains around all night, letting light in from the outside. Also, the beds were comfortable to sleep in once you managed to get in them. But, they were difficult to get in and out of because they were so soft at the edges of the beds and they moved around so easily. Also, the outlet behind one of the beds was for the table lamp between the beds and the movement of the bed caused it to come unplugged; had to move the bed out and replug a couple of times.

The staff was very friendly and responsive, especially Symran who answered my telephone call the day before check in and also went to our room with us to make sure our room was in order and unoccupied. I liked the clean floors in the room and NO Carpet. I also liked the safety bars in the bathroom and beside the toilet, was very helpful for seniors.

Only one burner seemed to work on the stove and didn't try the oven.. didn't have a hot breakfast, this would have been nice to have and not have to buy separately. They did have the basics for breakfast; toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt, muffins

The room was very nice and spacious. Bedroom part had its own separate door from the living area. Was pretty quiet

First floor was very noisy. Lots of traffic in/out of rooms. Someone was cleaning something in the hallway/room at 5am and was very noisy. Hear people talking etc.

The internet..it was a necessity for me all day Saturday as I was on course.. lost connection numerous times. Also the heat, never shuts off, it gets so hot...had to keep shutting it off to cool the room down.

The bathroom sink was behind the door and difficult to get to. The toilet was very low. A sliding door would work well for that bathroom.

It was a good price. The staff was pleasant. The beds were comfortable. It had a nice kitchenette.
