The room is unfortunately located near the balcony, where the sound of the crow in the morning is very annoying. Additionally, there are men who speak loudly in the morning, which disturbed me a lot.

The girl at the reception is very kind! Also, the room is clean !

The hotel do a buffet breakfast in the morning but I felt the hours where a bit short and could have been longer or started a little later to finish later

The property is only a 2 minute walk from a train station and with how efficient the railway services are in it Germany it makes it easy to visit other towns and cities while also being able to return to the hotel late into the night The property is well maintained, the decor does feel a bit dated but the staff keep it clean to a high standard, staff are about every day to supply fresh towels and assist with other requests There are more local amenities at a close walking distance.. supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and pubs overall a lovely place to stay There was an issue with the lift for the building that meant it was going to be out for the period of our trip but the hotel managed to arrange us a room on the 1st floor instead of the 4th floor where we were set to be

Being on a busy road it was noisy especially at night but we were allocated rooms facing the front !! May be better round the back !

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size with a fridge and electric jug. Very handy position for a lot of good restaurants. We left our car at the hotel and caught the train into Cologne for the day

Since Trip Inn took over the management the prices increased at least 40% on average. I used to be able to book a room for 50€ per night, now it is hard to find one for less than 70€.

The property has a nice vintage apparel. It is located between the train station and the city centre.

It's a good hotel for anyone travelling on a budget. Nothing extraordinary, but very clean, decent breakfast and friendly staff. In terms of location, the hotel is spot on in the city's center.

I cancelled one breakfast out of 2 everyday of my stay . I did notify by email to the property through booking.com . This makes 4 breakfasts cancelled. Though the property said on their email it can be settled on their reception when I arrive there, nothing happened and I did not get my refund of aroundc44 euros until now. I am not happy and I had to tell the story to the receptionist at Düren post hotel every day to follow up the case. Please advise ASAP

Some of the other staff not so friendly and rather abrupt. A bit more choice for breakfast and fresh fruit would have been appreciated.

Hotel has changed hands and the breakfast not as good as before. Breakfast staff and room staff extremely helpful and pleasant !

The hotel bar and restaurant were closed, meaning no relaxing drink and meal after a long journey.

The rooms and communal areas of the hotel were clean. Breakfast was good with a wide choice. The hotel is situated in the town which is a reasonable size. A good restaurant is Nish Nush which has delicious Israeli food.

Large room. Parking with electric charging station for 1 car which was free so we could charge our car free of charge. Parking itself was 7,50€. We didn't book breakfast which was optional at 9,80€. In the meantime (couple of months) it had increased to 11€ without warning. We didn't take the breakfast option so can not tell if it was worth it. With parking and breakfast added it would have been expensive for what it was. Room was tidy and large. Elevator was present (room on 3rd floor). Centrally located in town, ideal for evening walk in Duren.
