Small carpets next to the bed would be highly appreciated, especially when you want to quickly jump off the bed and use the bathroom.

Buffet dinner was delicious and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back there.

The rooms are far from the dining area, also the passageways are dull and dimly lit...not too bad, but it gets a bit creepy at night if you walking back to your room. The rooms are very expensive for a 4 star hotel

Breakfast buffet was well packed and very presentable. The staff are the epitome of excellence, they are superb. The fine dining restaurant has lovely food at reasonable prices and the service is that of 5-star hotels. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

The room my mother stayed was awfull. Smelly with a very old carpet.

Wifi Connection was poor within the room. Pillows were not comfortable. The advertised free airport shuttle wasn't available. It was a false advertisement.

Great location. It is easy to get to and also closer to tourist attractions. The room was very spacious facing the beautiful pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

They will not allow you to bring any food or drinks. As I take medication not to be able to bring water to drink the medication with was not good.

Our greatest let down was the change in climate from the wonderful airconditioned room, into the incredibly hot and humid passages. Quite the shock to the system.

The Hotel is breathtakingly beautiful and clean. The rooms were soooooo comfortable. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfasts too.

"Fine" dining restaurant, waiter advised that we should order while having a drink at the bar. Then, when we move to the restaurant we did not get bread and compound butters given to other guests, duck was overcooked and asparagus was missing from the plate. Dishes were recooked and the manager gave us a dessert to apologize.

1_My room was not properly cleaned, ie dusty and filthy on the furnitures etc 2_The room does not smell fresh 3_Airon not functioning well 4_I had to report to one of the receptionist, as one of the cleaners entered our room x4 times whilst we were inside without us opening for her. She kept on saying is gonna bring us extra towels of which she never brought

Had booked with friends but couldn't get what we wanted,rooms that were given to us still had people's belongings, had to fight for proper rooms. The hotel key of a room could open for more than 2 rooms. Security should be tight.
