The hotel is very clean and has a good ambience. The room was clean and the staff was very supportive, friendly, and helpful. The single room and bathroom maybe a  bit small, but for a one or 2 nights stay it's fine. The location is also great, close to the main attractions.

The hotel is located in between Ponte Rialto and Piazza San Marco, 5-6 minutes far. We also went to La Fenice and to La Biennale. The way to the opera house is walking distance, about 10 minutes away and you can easily reach vaportto stopes that will take you to Giardini and Arsenale for La Biennale. The staff is super nice and kind. All of them. The room was very clean, the housekeeping persons were cleaning the room and changing the towels daily. Upon arrival we were welcomed with orange juice and a gentleman from the staff took our luggage to our room. Our room was very quite (2nd floor with a side building view). 10/10 recommend 🤍

The room is a little dated but possibly thats the style in Venice and the room upon entering smelt a bit musty. But as soon as we turned on the AC it was fine.

The location was incredible. The staff are super nice, the hotel itself is clean, tidy and quiet.

The bathroom is too small

The hotel is in a very good area of the city. Room is a good size but bathroom is way too small .....not comfortable at all . Breakfast was ok . Service was great . Jon from the reception was of really great help . Well done Jon .

Hotel is a little worn in places. Tape over steps. Stair carpet needs adjusting (though that's just aesthetics)...and not a problem. Safe should be screwed to bottom of cupboard.

Very friendly and very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Location. Room sufficient for one person, though small. Shower very good...

View of room was to another room on the opposite side of the street. Keys were in heavy bulky metal key chain, very burdensome to carry around

A lot of breakfast options. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and pointed me to some great less crowded restaurants. Hotel is very well located on a main street

Room was typically Venetian which we loved but my (reasonably large!) husband found the small bathroom and shower a bit challenging. Air conditioner seemed to struggle a bit (we were there late May = spring) - not sure how it would be in mid summer.

Amazing staff - so helpful with information, recommendations and even booking a restaurant for us. Extensive breakfast with italian and more international options available. Loved the Venetian style layout, furnishings and decoration. Great location, double glazed windows blocked any street noise (pretty constant long queues for the gelateria next door).

One night wasn't enough.

I liked the warm welcome and the detailed explanation of the hotel and facilities and being helped with my luggage. I also received a map and information on the location of the hotel in relation to the Vaparetto (water bus)and the availability of only early services for getting to the railway station on my checkout day due to an event was also very helpful and much appreciated. The room was small but well equipped and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The location was also very convenient.

Location excellent. Just beside the best gelateria in Venice and closed to a lot of restaurantes and a market. Located near to San Marcos square. The staff was very helpful and always willing to help.

Perfectly located, only some minutes from Rialto. Rooms have the typical size for Venice, everything worked, was clean and staff very friendly. direct neighborhood is an ice-cream stand with lots of people waiting during the daytime. Nights were quiet. Continental breakfast!

The room we stayed was very close to the road and there was some noise from the famous Gelateria that is next to hotel door.

Location was great almost in the centre, staff was friendly and helpful whenever needed. Room could be bigger but still was comfortable. Breakfast also had variety and good quality. Cleaning the rooms every day was also on the positives.
