This was our second visit (says something!). Our room this time seemed to have a smaller bathroom (which is why I had to say our room did not meet our very high expectations based on our previous visit), which might cause difficulties for very tall guests. We missed having a kettle and hot drinks facilities in our room. This visit cost 50% more than an equivalent stay in 2022 - but we did stay on a Saturday this time which might be a factor.

Busy city centre location but with nearby parking (additional charge) in secure car park. The rooms include a desk. Staff are friendly and helpful, fluent in English. The cost includes a very good breakfast with plenty of choice. There is a small two person lift for access to all floors.

The room temperature was a bit cold when we arrived, but thankfully there is a system in the room that you can control the temperature with. So after the first day, for the rest of our trip the temperature was perfect.

Loved staying at this hotel. It is a really beautiful place to stay at. The staff was really sweet and welcoming, breakfast tasted good and they had a variety of food to pick from, the hotel room was clean and spacious. 😊

The only unpleasant moment was a scratch on the new car from someone's door after parking. Very narrow parking spaces and not everyone thinks about other people when getting out of their cars, unfortunately.

The hotel had the best location! The ubahn and s Bahn stops were literally a few steps away. The staff was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I was aprox. 20 mins late for the breakfast and the staff still offered what they could and even made me a cappuccino. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The a/c worked like a dream! We also checked in with our dog who was pleasantly welcomed ! Definitely good value for money also! I will definitely book a stay here again!!!

The lift is very small and barely big enough for one person with their luggage.

Excellent location a few minutes from the centre of the city and convenient for trams and light rail. Very good breakfast selection that outdoes most other hotels at this price point.

My room was not ready at the check-in starting time, so I had to wait for 20 more min. However, they gave me a free drink at their cafe, and I had a good conversation with the receptionist until the room got ready. Good recovery.

Big room with lot of space and comfortable. The room 11 was in the ground floor next to the reception but it was quiet. The man in the reception was really kind and nice. The breakfast had variety of food and it was tasty. The location is good just 1 minute walking to the subway station.
