The room was a little smaller than expected from the photos. Two shower rooms are accessible via the same door which is not good for privacy! I had to take showers quickly before somebody opens the door!

The location is beautiful. Surrounded with lots of green area. The house is clean and smells nice. Comfortable stay. The house manager was a kind lady.

Small bathroom for an adult. bathroom space is limited. TV antennae reception in room 1 not good. There was constant breaks in TV reception and there was no proper sound and visual clarity. There was no desk in room in case one wants to sit and work on laptop or read. So, in the room one will always have to be confined to the bed only. Space in room 25 too small but the TV reception was good there. No mirror in room 1. Yes, the property met my expectation to the level of above average. That could be due to it's affordability, but there is room for improvement.

Serene environment and relatively affordable. Ease of reach to malls and other nearby places.

The kitchen and table outside the rooms make the evening and morning very noise. The noise lasts after 10 pm and began before 6 a,m.

They force you to sign the document at check-in, on which they say they can charge you for €350 for losing a key on the spot in cash. 10am checkout is a bit early Too far to walk from a train station The room was really hot in the summer Noisy from the shared living room as all the rooms surrounding the living room and walls are thin. The staff did not speak English and was not friendly A small folding bike was not allowed into the building, even when it is placed in a bag (there was no information about this rule but the lady shouted at me trying to do so)

There were no towels - I probably should have known, but didn't check. However a rental service would have been good.

On the inside it looks a lot nicer than on the outside so this was a pleasant surprise. It is clean and spacious.

Whole place stank of cigarette smoke. The hotel keeper and (presumably) long-term guests would hang around the entrance smoking. A lot of guests left toothbrushes, shampoo, etc. in the shared bathroom. Would generally not mind this, but travelling with kids, it just made things awkward.

The availability? There was free WiFi. The hotel keeper tried to speak English with us ... No, there wasn't much to like. Everything was clean.

I have to leave within the first few hours. Right after my arriving I felt very unsafe and started crying. I left the property immediately because of the young and loud refugees which couldn’t let me rest. Those screams were to scary. I would like to get my money back because I had to leave to avoid any more mental issues. This was definitely not what I thought.

Worst owners ever, if you want to be shouted on, treated like peace of ****, You are very welcome to move there. No discussions about anything. City Hamburg is just too good for that kind of owners, just because need for place to sleep is so high, they can afford to treat people like this.

Place is more or less clean, there is enough room for parking. Not too much more i can say which was positive emotions in there.

Being verbally abused and insulted by the proprietor. Being kept awake during the entire stay. The dirty sheets, broken bed, disgusting bathroom toilet and kitchen

There were a group of very drunk and very loud Polish men yelling all night. They were often outside my door and even nocked and yelled vulgarisms at me. It was very scary. I rang the emergency number many times but noone answered. In the morning the hostess did not care!
