We booked a deluxe twin room, there was no space for two suitcases, this room really should have been designated as a single room.

We came just for one night, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel was very authentic, the knights and weapons and the dinner hall impressed us right from the start. The room was nice and super clean, and we had a handwritten welcome note inside. The welcome drinks were also a nice touch. Breakfast was super good, a lot of options and tasty. The location is perfect to explore the old town. The car could stay in the parking (paid extra) till the evening on the day of our checkout, so we could check out early and go sight seeing and picked it up to drive home later. It was very convenient, even though the parking is a hefty 32EUR.

The only thing I can think of is that it can be tricky at first to find the main entrance. The entrance is accessible from the car park and the door is very inconspicuous, so many guests keep walking around the complex confused, looking for the main entrance.

The price is kinda high.

Very good location, in the heart of the city but a very quiet area. Very comfy bed, delicious breakfast, very kind guests. The decor is very tasteful. I just wish it would be a bit cheaper, otherwise it's perfect.

The bathroom tiles and the bad smell from the drain in the shower.

The hotel is very close to the main attractions, so you have most of the sights in walking distance, which is great. The beds are very comfortable, we had a quiet room on the top floor (4th floor). The room was a bit small but very cozy with a view to the inner court and had a cettle with tea and instant coffee. A Minibar was there, too. The bathroom was good, but unfortunately, there was a bad smell coming from the drain in the shower, and the tiles on the floor were very slippery. Nothing for older people. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. A big variety of food, good coffee, waffle making station, smoothy making station with fruits and vegetables and so many other things. We were not missing one thing. The parking was 29€ per night, which was the reason we parked at a garage 2km away. Thanks very much for a great stay.
