Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SlovakiaIt's a conference hotel as well. So expect loud business gatherings going late into the night. For us it meant loud music till late night that could be heard inside the room. Earplugs recommended.

IndiaIt’s a lovely resort with spa, sauna and heated pool and sports facilities outside the city of Brno. The facilities are a great way to spend evenings with family and friends after a day of excursions. Definitely need a car to reach as it’s way outside the local transportation range. Would fully recommend it for its comfort and fun facilities

Czech Republicthe plates for food can be bigger (current size around 17cm in diameter). It looks like the hotel wants to regulate the size of your breakfast portions. Well if you want to eat more you can go twice or tripple times and let more dishes to be washed. Basicaly It is OK however I did not expect this at the hotel with price 200Eur per night.
The food quality as well as the amound of the food was sufficient. The breakfast room was big enough and clean. The positive point is the big size of the juice glasses as well as the size of the coffe cups. You dont need to go twice while you are thirsty. My room was big enough, really well tidy and well equipped. Whole spa is perfect, new, clean and full of the various pools, saunas etc.

AustriaWhen I reserved the room, I asked for an extra bed for my son, but when we arrived there wasn’t any in the room. My son is 2,5 years old, but very tall, he doesn’t fit into the baby bed anymore. We had to pay extra 20€/night for a camping bed, but we weren’t informed beforehand.
The hotel is very kid friendly, the play room is amazing :) We had an amazing time at the hotel. We will definitely come back

Atlantis offers nice facilities for activities swimming pool, jacuzzi and grill parc. Remote location but near Brno. Very kind and professional staff. Qualify of breakfast and dinner was very good as well and Atlantis has a creative kitchen team!
