Although the property's decor and furnishings are nice. It is in need of some TLC, with some repairs and general maintenance. There is a huge crack in the main balcony window, the pully's for some of the blinds are broken. The handle and latch are missing from the sitting room door. The lock on the toilet doesn't work and the toilet seat is loose. There is a tear in carpet in the double bedroom. The lock on the door to the property seems a bit inadequate for security of the flat.

The property was a good size, with decent facilities. In a good location with nice city views. There was seating on the balcony area, with a lovely view of the city rooftops and the stars. Although you're in a busy city, it's nice and quiet inside the property.

Communal areas of block a little dated but the apartment itself was great.

Amazing location in Finnieston. Restaurants and bars on doorstop and not far from Kelvingrove park. 5 -10 mins walk from SECC hydro and exhibition station. The apartment was huge and well equipped. Loads of storage. Comfy beds.

Fabulous spacious apartment. So clean and comfortable. We were attending an event in the SEC for the duration of our stay and this location was just a short uber ride from the venue. Would book again if I was returning to the same area.

A bit confusion on the keys handover because the previous tenant misplaced/mistook the keys. Maybe because for a long time the room had not been thoroughly cleaned, I sneezed a lot due to dust allergies.

Location is excellent; service was responsive and timely.

We were kept awake between 2-4 am by noisy rail replacements being carried out right that under our balcony 2 out of 3 night we stayed there.

Proximity to the city, parking and the size of the property - was perfect for visiting family who live nearby and a trip to the Hydro

Taking out trash & recycling is a multi-person job, to avoid being locked out of the building. Clothes drying rack was quite small. Older computers (e.g. 5+ years old) may not automatically connect to the Wi-Fi - default standard set to 802.11ax (WiFi 6). If you want to use older computers with the Wi-Fi, first connect to the router using an ethernet cable.

Kitchen appliances (e.g. fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven) of decent size and easy to operate. Clear, high-definition television offers news, sport, movies etc. Netflix & other streaming services provide great entertainment. Excellent location - close to supermarkets/grocers, train station, bus stop, Kelvingrove museum (and Kelvingrove park), SEC Centre, and OVO Hydro. Main room has views of Argyle Street, Finnieston. Bedrooms have views of Glasgow Tower.

Train runs right below so a bit noisy but we didn’t mind. Extractor hood above the stove didn’t work and the fire alarm is a bit sensitive (with window open, we were fine).

Superb location between West End and City Centre. Tesco right below, surrounded by many fabulous places to eat. Bus stop right in front of the property. The property was warm, clean, and cozy. Exceeded our expectations. Two bathrooms, two big comfortable rooms. Well equipped. Also the neighbours were nice! A lovely family saw us and showed us to our flat when we arrived :)

Only slight down side is the railway line. We knew it was there as mentioned in previous reviews. It would not be enough to put us off using the property again, but may be more of a negative for others.

Anthony is a fantastic host. Very good communication. The property is in a great location, with off street parking. Great access to a variety of eatries, bars & grocery shops. Walking distance to main shopping streets. Very much a home from home. Comfy beds. As a family of four we were very comfortable.
