Our experience was truly amazing. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, although their English is limited, they tried their best to communicate with us and nothing was too much to ask. Didn't hurt that we went during low season, each table got a private server and ours (Huon) was lovely. The food was exceptional, 3 buffet meals with a wide variety of delicous options to choose from and and 1 seafood dinner which was the highlight of our stay. Vietnamese knows how to handle their seafood, the dipping sauce was made simply with just a bit of salt (I think), pepper and lime and it tasted better than any other kinds of sauce I've had in my entire life. I'm obsessed!!!! Our room was comfortable and clean and the view from our balcony was absolutely stunning. Overall our time on Le theatre cruise exceeded all of our expectations and we would do this again in a heartbeat. Thank you all for a wonderful time!

I was pleasantly surprosed by what I received at Sapa Eco Bungalows & Spa. I think the price we paid was very reasonable for such excellent quality. My husband and I had a wonderful time enjoying our honeymoon here. Additionally, I was surprised by the Vietnamese people; they are so friendly. Everyone we encountered was friendly, and they treat everyone this way. I believe not only this place but the entire beautiful and friendly country is worth visiting!

Great facilities. Breakfast was nice the pool had a great view. The gym could use newer equipment for those wanting a workout on their vacation. Rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and linens. Staff very helpful. Location was great. And beach access was very good. With hotel services offered on the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff lady was perfect. She spoke less English but could understand what we said using Google translator. She was helpful and kept the place clean. The room was comfy and had good wifi and a big TV with Netflix. All the other mentioned facilities were there. Overall, my stay was really good and comfortable.

Entrance was narrow and cannot take a car inside. But as we were travelling by Grab or Taxi it wasn't an issue. If you plan to hire a bicycle, you can bring it in without an issue.
