Best hotel I've ever booked in my life, and not because of the location or room (even though those were pretty great), but because of the staff. Lily and Andrew made us feel like this was our home. They were super helpful and friendly and even helped us replan our trip because of the typhoon that happened when we were there. They constantly checked up on us and gave us recommendations. They helped us book train and flight tickets, and planned getaways for us. The hotel location was also super ideal. Right in the middle of the old quarter, we were close to everything. Room was just as shown in photos and pretty spacious. Breakfast was also quite good and was hosted in a sister hotel 1min away. We also felt that it was super safe to leave our luggage there and travel for 2-3 days at a time outside of Hanoi. They also have an elevator which is great when you have big bags to carry :D

Mainly our fault, but we booked a room with a balcony so it was on the street side and the noisy streets were heard very well, even though we were on the 5th floor. It didn't bother us very much but if you can't sleep in loud rooms, I recommend getting earplugs or choosing a room not on the street side. Activities on the street quiet down after 12-1am and start up again around 6-7am.

The apartment is spacious and beautiful. The host was very kind to provide extra bedding for free. The location is in the center, convenient to move around. There is a convenience store under the apartment that is open 24 hours. New furniture, washing machine, kitchen for cooking, TV is smart TV.

Ideally located, great value for money. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hem was very fun to explore, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to relax in after work.

The building is very new, and therefore unfortunately some rooms aren't completely up to standard. My room was missing an electric, but maintenance installed one halfway through my stay. For those visiting Vietnam for the first time, be wary of flushing to much toilet paper, as the piping is easily clogged. This unfortunately happened to me, but through fault of my own.
