Very friendly staff. So kind. Everyting was clean and well thought off. Room very big. The location is litterly right at the beach. The view is spectacular. We highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel next to the Cable Carts and good location within the city. Friendly staff. Shower/bathroom was very nice.

Bed was soft. Light was on in the room even if we definitely turned it down after leaving, which made us get the idea someone entered even when we had the "do not disturb" sign on our door.

The staff was rude... They refused to extend my booking even when I had a confirmation number and email which I showed them and they claimed they don't have availability.. They were rude about it, I guess because it's not their personal business. Now my card is at risk of being charged a no show fee whereas they claimed no availability

arriving after a very long drive this evening we arrived at the hotel to find out that our booking had been cancelled today (when we checked in today at 3) I found the staff very unhelpful as was made to feel like this was my mistake when in fact it was actually the hotels error they did find us a room after waiting a very long time, they then continued to charge us $30 dollars to park which I would of been more than happy to pay if the process was smooth and accommodating which it wasn’t I am very unhappy with the parking charge and the welcome we received as not one person apologised for their mistake

The price I paid for 2 nights stay was absurd, especially for the size of the room I got. When I first checked in, my initial room was used and unclean. There was used towels, cups and soap bars, and the bed had clearly been slept in. When I went downstairs to object the concierge expected me to wait for the room to be cleaned, it wasn’t until I suggested a new room that I was given one. All I was given was 1 towel, no floor mat and 1 tube of body wash in the shower, so those basic amenities obviously weren’t replaced by house keeping. The room wasn’t completely sanitary and I was bitten by bed bugs on both nights, even after I requested a change of sheets. The ice machine outside my room was consistently loud and stunk incredibly bad, and when I couldn’t smell that it was because of the marijuana being smoked outside by room. The elevators were the worst I’ve ever experienced, they were slow, stopped at every level all the time and are way too small for a hotel that size. I often waited for over 5 minutes for an opportunity to catch the elevator. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel…and I’ve been to a lot!!!
