Good room size. Great location for airport. Baggage drop off area. Coffee served am but wonder why, especially since all rooms have coffee facilities. Shuttle run to and from airport Was allowed to sit around pool and wait for time to lapse, the pool is secured gated area.

Why motels have beautiful pools that are cold, no blithering freezing. What is the point of pools. This is mot just motel 6 but several motels around USA.

Very convenient with airport shuttles running every 20 minutes 24/7. Fully renovated old hotel with spacious room and free breakfast.

My body started to feel itchy after a few hours in bed and had small red spots all over my body when I woke up (as if I were bitten by small insects.) Not sure what it was, but perhaps it’s worth checking the hygiene of those beds once in a while? I stayed in #830.

Nice hotel next to the Cable Carts and good location within the city. Friendly staff. Shower/bathroom was very nice.

Bed was soft. Light was on in the room even if we definitely turned it down after leaving, which made us get the idea someone entered even when we had the "do not disturb" sign on our door.

Every morning we had to line up at the reception to be admitted to the 5th floor where breakfast was served. This was really poor planning and we spent so much time each morning standing in line. So this is a very bad thing….

There was no coffee machine and microwave in the room, which surprised us because we had stayed in 10 other hotels and everywhere it was possible to make coffee or heat food. especially since the house is in the middle of the forest and it is not possible to buy food or go to restaurant. There is also no TV and the internet provided does not work at all!

arriving after a very long drive this evening we arrived at the hotel to find out that our booking had been cancelled today (when we checked in today at 3) I found the staff very unhelpful as was made to feel like this was my mistake when in fact it was actually the hotels error they did find us a room after waiting a very long time, they then continued to charge us $30 dollars to park which I would of been more than happy to pay if the process was smooth and accommodating which it wasn’t I am very unhappy with the parking charge and the welcome we received as not one person apologised for their mistake

Clean room and good shower.

No breakfast left when we came down. Couldn’t even have a decaf coffee (run out) or an oj (no glasses left). Staff unhelpful when asked to help. Drugged up woman screaming at 5am in room next door. Rip off for parking in largely empty lot.
